I think they diluted a little too much and maybe should of looked at refining more inhouse processes than go for one massive chunk. Regardless it will rise again but I do feel an exernal set of eyes should look into the dealings.
Still holding as got these at jumble sale prices so whilst in blue, it's still Thank you.

Those who got out at 21p+ yesterday well done , looking at the sells there were some large ones. I truly hope those still in survive longer term. My chapter closed on this yesterday but wish everyone the very best and minimise their losses.

Poor souls on Amigo just had nearly 50% wiped off closed at 24p opened at 13p and falling. Not a good day for some and still awaiting a court ruling. they should pull and come over here.

Looking at the projection they're selling hard. I would personally sell if bought over 7-8p, then buy back once the RNS decision is out. Just fingers crossed its not going to end up like wirecard.

It's going to be a blood bath tomorrow, for those who managed to bag at 7-8p hold tight, anything over I would see how the mid morning pans out. I do hope that everyone gets whatever they can out if they're unsettled.

This tomorrow will be volatile, held since early 2020 when at a low SP but now I feel we will have a knee jerk reaction and many will jump ship rather than see the fulle rpicture pan out.

@SuperDischarger......some of us stayed here throughout the whole troubled period, yes I joined March 2020 however I still remained rather than jump ship like the French when the going gets tough (who on earth sells at 50p then buys back at 90's.......). I am sure you will have a lovely time in your Tesla and you could pay with Dogecoin when you fill up at your nearest Electrical charging point that seems to be always flooded when I drive past the ones in the next town.
Instead of "Strong Buy" perhaps we could have an option of "Don't listen to me I'm clueless" which would allow members to reduce wasting time on your (as FD states) clap trap.

I will set aside this evening to digest the RNS it's probably the longest RNS I have seen in many a year. Some good info yet also some points of concern much further down. Personally would of liked an independant CEO step in rather than the old boys club that would inject new idea's and also bring an unbiased view to the table. The CFO is a well known player in the markets and will take risks lets hope that the strategy is promising and he doesnt use this as a gameset. Perhaps a small dip today but nothign stopping these from gaining strentgh as we move forward.

12p not exciting but there’s nothing stopping you pulling your stock and looking for greener pastures. Though this is AIM it’s not a daily/weekly 10p bagger. LTH rather daily flippers. I think after all the research, open discussion it’s a 2022 awakening.

Who will have to buy back? I still have a nice serving here. I did pull out at 93p a few months back but still left in a nice sum that is sitting nicely. Wouldnt want to be buying at todays prices compared to when we were in teh low 30's. I do beelive your Gratis shares you cashed in at 10Bob which could of been double now.

Good to see you back SuperDischarger I guess you've been busy these past few months. Make sure you keep topping up at 96p as RF is going to need a whip round for his carriage clock on his departure shortly.
On a separate note I was in an SA brains garden the other day it was like a scene from Shameless so I just hope to high heavens there is a strategic plan otherwise this venture will turn into a farce and classed like Wetherspoons

Surely by now this is going back to SP pre-Dr Jim input, for whats its worth I think he may of pumped then dumped. You look at his LinkedIN page and follow those companies and also look at the CEO.CA board its all very quiet nowadays. Even the Canadians are questioning the stock and its in their backyard.

Q1 2021: January 1 - March 31 - Missed Divi
Q2 2021: April 1 - June 30 - Highly unlikely due to court sitting and AGM meeting
Q3 2021: July 1 - September 30 - More delays probably but a redaction of Divi payment (purely on court outcome)
Q4 2021: October 1 - December 31 - Majid quits and bags a lot of dosh! This will tie in with his longevity of all his prevoius jobs of 3yrs and a few months.

I guess we’ll follow the TSX and head towards 8 even dip to 7’s as more will panic and flee. From a strong trending 7p upwards touching 10p this has fallen just as quick back. Seemed to do well when Dr Jones was hailing it then the positive RNS came which triggered a downward spiral. Perhaps the Ar53 has fell out of this and the LTH will have to wait longer for the fin reports and the elusive divi.

I think it's being pulled back down again wont be suprised at all to see 7's by Friday, no doubt there'll be some big buys back when it does. I think Q3/Q4 on this to see any movement to reflect SP price/value. With the divi being a key focus too and the Shareholders approval whenever they get the invite will be seeing backend Q2 IMO.

Perhaps if you look at his site you will see he as a plethora of investments, if he was to dedicate his time alone to this board he'd get nothign done. I personally feel he has done well and has given us more information than expected however if you have done your own due diligence you shouldnt rely on one person from another country advising what to do. Without research you've only yourself to blame.
