Good luck. Think you've got a good one long term. I like to be greedy as usual and will wait a couple more days to see where a resistance point will lie.
From what I've read I expect oil to recover a bit mid next year. Other oilies seem very risky, but this had such a strong support at £10, and I see little reason why it won't recover very well over the coming months.
Still got further down to go yet, though.
they're following each other, think it could go low 70s now. To be fair ophir would be a good buy, at least you know if the deal falls through you're safe, unlike here.
cheers. Expecting a little bounce, is hovering 2% or so over £9 at the moment. Interesting to see BG started a lot lower than other oil shares today, but is now holding up well compared to others. This is becoming very tempting yhough
The ophir offer is conditional on sona not going through, yet cespa was rejected because the BOD wanted sona deal, board obviously think ophir very undervalued

yeah, but got to keep in mind this is still discounted at 25% to offer - just seems a suspiciously high discount.
Goldy7 - well if the deal was based on the current ophir share price the offer would be a lot lower for smdr?
congratulations all on the £1.15, know it is a bad price but better than 80p eh? but sitting at 92p at time of writing, is market doubting the deal or something?
was going to, but I've had enough of waiting now, and just think potential downside is a lot more likely than upside now. Think this could go lower than 75 wobbly.
Its all down to ophir now, without them this is going down. Oil prices could mean this doesn't return to £1+ for months.
Anyway, good luck all and best of luck with the takeover.
