The buyer should be well known on the Proactis system along with their credit profile/history and doesn't the supplier also pay a small annual fee in cash to be on the system?

If the supplier doesn't pay doesn't the buyer as they can schedule payments to Proactis as a single account rather than possibly hundreds of smaller accounts. It should help cashflow to suppliers and simplify accounts at the buyer.
