Sorry. Correction to my previous post - Directors' last buys were NOT 10p - they were 34p in March 2019.

INX nominal value is 10p hence can't raise below 10p.

Time for re-rate especially it now built to pre-covid-19 levels which sp was 10+

No. he didn't sell. We got warrants and placing shares allocated 2 Sept. - that's means his holding % is smaller.

At 13.23 there's a buy for 15k shares @13p. Then followed a sell at 15.33 1312shares @ 11.555 - that's a huge spread! It that MM's games? I tried several dummy sells just after that 13p buy and sells are 11.55.

That 4x100,000 sold are from last Fri. Not too sure is only one trade as at same time and could be error showing as 4 trades.

He probably sold to his loyals and they'll vote for him. If he's holding those shares he can't vote for himself.
