Suggest CF’s cards are quite dealable, including
-Permitted project underway with v . Prof crew/ contractors
- resource determined project fully permitted in stable UK
- market set up well for product@ vol.
- backing in place from several sources of merit.
- “potential” UK political support at a point.
Not tool bad a start point in a negotiation in my experience..

As a retired ‘amateur’ eng. who’s dug some holes and helped with higher structures, I’d say all’s going quite well....sadly only the cash needed , and that’s CFs expertise( despite what’s said)..
Recent commentators Comments on absolute need for majors expertise seem overdone based on facts and progress to date.
(Nevertheless if it’s dressing for the cheque that’s required ,so be it...)

Great shame the bond timing was wrong ,but knowing A past partipant here who never wastes his time...it’s a hold.

In the dark hour remember CF real has some strong cards still:-
- permitted project professionally managed and underway
- 12m tonne plus market
- significant investors in place( with pockets)
- time to market relatively low with Mod. Spend in mining cost terms.
-despite market ”sink” reservations , a prof. active plan in situ to complete and @potentially pre-schedule timings

Despite price pressures on potash sources, SXX makes a “neat fit” in a business portfolio seeking to be more sustainable.
There may even be a scramble on for the chance ?

VIP question at moment is the partner isotope.
There are a significant set of potential players tbc. One of whom is already invested and has a flex option as a LTD company.
Additional names include the routing majors , and poss Fortescue, which is no doubt seeking diversification into a greener product.
This is a sustainable project and will no doubt happen in short order .

As an additional pointer item ,Quatar is largest Glencore institutional investor .

-redefined package produced with with-5% spend. Acceleration of key areas as already sought.

On government support , I recall a long gone post which inferred that the civil service leader of the Sirius ’ reviewers ‘was’ less then adventurous ‘ as an individual.
