AKHM - I believe there will be an agreement, some day, but is there not a worry that QED could run out of money before they get the agreement? Then come back asking shareholders to empty their pockets again, no doubt at a very good price. I can't imagine they would raise anything like previous attempts though.

Haha, ask him how long it will take us to get final and near final with his boat. Also can he share a nice sparkly sustainability report like we have from QED.

Multiple trials? As it stands I’d settle for a test on Barry’s fishing boat in Blackpool!

Trading 212 now at 1.99p :( is this the bargain of the century or are we seeing no way back now. All we need is that MSC RNS to see this fly, but do we still expect it to reach the heights we hoped it would? it’s a long way to double digits from less than 2p!

If March provides nothing significant then I pretty much reckon it’s game over.

As stated in today's published report and RNS:

"Focus in 2026 on commencing commercial trials with MSC and progressing core projects in the USA, Panama and Morocco."

This means all four projects are CORE projects and all four projects are STILL ON.”

That statement doesn’t mean so much though, does it?. MSC, USA, Panama and Morocco could all be ignoring Peter, taking turns to answer the phone and emails with rubbish to kick the can further down the road. Of course the projects are still on, they haven’t been cancelled but the frustration is the projects could still be “on” at this stage in 12, 18, 24 months, you could even say they would be in near final form.

I’d almost want QED to say we’ve told MSC to sod off and we are lining up a new trial, expected to start in 6 months, even 12 months. Then at least we’ve have some confidence that QED have other trial options and are confident enough to stop knocking on a closed door and find an open one.

I’ve remained positive for the last few months, but if the next news we get is in March I reckon the SP will struggle to stay above 1.5p, if the March news is waffle then who knows.

Well said 46! I couldn’t agree more with everything you have sent. Unless we get an RNS next week the IR inbox should be busy!

I see the reasons for emailing vs not emailing, but everyone sitting in silence hasn’t done us any favours for a long time. Peter is obviously an expert in his field, I know the business will be busy doing what they do, but I’ll never understand why someone would give a target / aim or whatever if they can not be certain they will achieve it, when shareholders have been told the final/near final fairy tail for too long. Under promise and over deliver is what he said, so far he’s hitting the opposite (I appreciate it wasn’t a promise, all he had to say was Q1 and none of these posts would mean anything at this point)

I’m going to give it to this time next week to see if any RNS comes out next week, maybe things have happened this week and an RNS is to follow? I can’t imagine it, but who knows. If we get nothing I will send something along these lines.

I am writing as a shareholder to express concern and growing frustration regarding statements made at the AGM and the continued lack of progress against those expectations.

Peter, stated at the AGM that his focus was on getting the MSC trial up and running, as well as initiating one additional trial, with the aim of having this in place before the end of January. As we have now passed that timeframe and assuming these milestones have not been achieved, it is understandably causing shareholders to lose confidence and become increasingly frustrated.

Given the history and journey shareholders have already experienced, it raises the question of why January was communicated as a target if there was any significant uncertainty around meeting it. Repeatedly setting expectations that are not met damages credibility and makes it difficult for shareholders to maintain trust in forward guidance.

Could you please provide clarity on how far away the company currently is from progressing the MSC trial? Additionally, if that trial does not proceed or deliver the expected results, what contingency plans are in place regarding alternative trials or development pathways?

Greater transparency around realistic timelines and strategic planning would be greatly appreciated and would help restore some shareholder confidence.

Does anyone know approximately what time in the AGM Peter mentions the January ambition please? I am trying to re listen to the words he used, I’ve listened back to the MSC slides and a couple of the questions at the end, but can’t find it and really don’t want to listen to it all again!

I have to agree HF, it doesn’t matter how Peter phrased it, he should never have mentioned January unless he was absolutely confident of something happening, he knows shareholders are getting pretty fed up of being told something that doesn’t happen. Why not just say Q1!!! He could have said Q1 delivered in Feb and looked fantastic, but he mentioned January, looks like he’s failed and frustrations rise and confidence drops (again!). Didn’t he also mention under promising and over delivering? I’d settle just for any delivering at the minute!

I think a bit of a drop is expected again today, < 2p is on the cards :(.

I reckon I will do the same MadDog... might not get much back, but if a few of us do it, it shows the feelings.

All coming together nicely sounds good Jack, Ill stick with that thought, but if we don't receive any update by the end of Feb I will be thinking its the same old Quadrise! I can't understand why Peter would have said he hopes / wants or whatever he said to have signatures by the end of Jan if it wasn't going to happen, he must know the frustration we all feel. If he honestly thought January he should have said Q1, then when the news lands early he is our new hero.

I understand it was Peter’s hope (Bla bla bla) to have things signed off in January but surely he appreciates the hopes/promises/final/near final bo**cols that we have all heard before, why he said January is a mystery, he should have said Q1 to avoid looking the same as the rest of them that have lead us to the depths of nothing. Own goal scored if this doesn’t happen sharpish.

That’d do for me SC, hopefully we can see 17p in the next few months.

SC - You make a good point.

Peter can only control what is in his gift to control. Let’s hope everything is sorted this week though.

It was always going to bob around until we get some news, yes it's down but it could easily jump up 20% tomorrow with no news about anything, its high volatility, if we don't get the MSC news soon it will be between 1.5p and 2p in my opinion. Also I feel Peter set himself up saying what he said about signatures from MSC in January, he should have said Q1, unless he was absolutely confident that it would happen in January. He knows shareholders have been let down on multiple occasions so should be very cautious about the words he choses. This is his chance to prove his is the man for the job. Deliver in January and the faith from shareholders will come back. If this drags on the trust and faith will head the same way as the SP.

My average is 2.8p, If this gets closer to 2p in the next week then ill top up a little bit (but its only small amounts for me, If this goes t!ts up then I don't need to feel too much pain, equally if it shoots up I wont be retiring!

Not been looking at this page much recently, just waiting to see if the MSC signatures get over the line sharpish!

But lots of sells showing, I can’t understand why people would sell at such a low price, given that we are waiting on this bit of news to push that SP north! Unless they were in very, very cheap!
