Sounding very much like you are correct Vince. I used to think SC got a hard time of it on here but I do think he/she clutches at anything remotely possible in the crazy hope of pushing the SP up. The war impacting the trial is comedy, it would have been started before the war kicked off if that was the case! It makes me chuckle how anyone in here thinks he whatever they write would have any influence on the SP.

It shouldn't bother us too much though, don't forget the other trial with another shipping company that Peter wants to progress....

The problem is, QED have been in the room many, many times but must be sat at the back like the shy newbie. I agree they must have a presence at these conferences, but the worry is the follow up = Nada. We allegedly have the best of the best on the case but unless things are happening that we don't know about (they could very well be), then we are going nowhere.

It amazes me how the BOD treat investors as mushrooms, surely an update every so often isn't too much to ask. I appreciate Peter's approach is to only communicate when there is something half decent, but a bit of confident update wouldn't go a miss. Don't bite the hand that feeds you.

Even the posters who are positive, positive, positive and accuse anyone who shows any signs negativity of being a trader seem to have faded away. SC used to be all over this, but even he has given up slightly.

Big ifs though AKHM, right now I’d be happy with a fishing boat trial off Blackpool.

I’m going to leave it be, if they crash and close the door I’ve enjoyed the ride. It feels like it’s never going to happen with these guys at the board, but the worry for me is Peter’s very impressive CV, if he can’t sort it with the experience, knowledge and contacts can anyone?

I kind of hope that Peter is arrogant and a kind of sod it attitude, I’ll tell the shareholders when I want to, we will get it over line the line, if they sell up before them then more fool them.

At the price it’s at today I’m just about breaking even, I have to admit I’m also very tempted to sell up, but it’d be my luck they’d announce the trial 5 minutes after I hit the button.

Well it’s been a red hot weekend, had a trip down to Wembley, saw my team achieve promotion and won £300 in the process… can this week bring news from our team at QED!

Well put 46, I couldn’t agree more.

Peter said eight weeks ago that we were down to the final two negotiation points and that he hoped we’d be able to announce something pretty soon (paraphrasing).

I appreciate we’re all eager for that RNS to drop, but when you put it into perspective, eight weeks really isn’t that long given the scale of this trial, everything involved, and MSC wanting full confidence that we can deliver post-trial. In my own work, much smaller things often take longer than eight weeks to progress, so with all the modern-day red tape and everything else going on in the world right now, I don’t think we’re doing too badly.

I might feel differently if we’re still in the same position three months from now, but for the time being I’m sitting tight and keeping my fingers crossed that with each week that passes, we’re getting closer to those signatures.
