Hopefully it wakes them up a little bit, or at the very least makes them appreciate that they cant bite the hand that they are likely to want to feed from!.

It's the arrogance of the BOD that gets me, how they feel they can burn as much cash as they do and provide zero updates in return (apart from nice LinkedIn posts to show their visits to conferences, that, going off the communications, come to nothing. We should insist on a 1/4 update on all live projects going forward. I reckon Peter is either not bothered because he knows how close we are and that the SP will rocket on something he knows is coming very soon, or he sits back and lapse up the salary knowing he has the rest of the year before moving on. I would like to hope Peter wouldn't want his very good reputation damaged if QED fails, but he is 58, is he ready for retirement and not really bothered? Jason is 56, he doesn't have the reputation that Peter does, but is he the same? a sod it, retirement is around the corner mentality? Andy, 66? Taking the money before they all retire?

I would really like to hope not, but the lack of communication does not look like anything else.

I blooming hope so SJS, if by September we still don’t have signatures I think it’s fair to say it’s unlikely to ever happen.

Another week goes by, another week of no news, no updates (other than when Shareholders have contacted Peter directly) and no signatures. Even the ramping has slowed down in here, I’m sure he will pop back up once he plans his next trade though.

I wouldn’t want to be sat on that board at the AGM if we are still plodding along, (mind you, for their salaries and benefits vs outputs, I’d give it a go) all shareholders attending the AGM later this year should go dressed as mushrooms.

It’s got to be tomorrow for the signing of the trial. The strait is open (at least today it is anyway) and that’s the most important thing to some of us. England are looking very likely to go through to the final 32, Burnham is likely to be prime minister and there was a ship moving from left to right today in the channel. It all points to a 7am RNS tomorrow.

Do they need to cancel the project if nothing goes ahead? Have they signed anything that says there will be a trial within a set time? If not could they not just leave it running until everyone forgets or QED turn the lights out?

Suppose it’s a bit like me saying I’ve not cancelled my Euromillions win party.

Now that the Strait is open the MSC chiefs must just be looking for a pen. If they can't find one today it must be a quick trip to the shop for a Biro and then job done.

SC can you let us know if the ships start zig zagging or slowing down please, it might be an indication that the signatures are in near, near final form.

Nope HF, SC will go back to his old story of how closing the strait will push MSC to sign.

He’s no idea, they reckon there are 500 ships at either side in a back log and clearing mines to return to normal could take weeks.

When the Strait was closed SC made it sound like a perfect scenario for QED and that it’d make MSC realise how useful QED could be. Now the Strait is opening he says it should make MSC sign.

The facts are nobody knows, could be Monday, could be Tuesday could be a random Thursday in 2029, weeks either sit tight and wait for the winnings, or the lights to go out, or we sell up and move on.

Fingers crossed SC, but if they didn't bother in the several months prior to the war starting so I cant imagine now the strait is open they'd any more bothered than they were before.
