IMO the company went into the final sales phase from Jan onward and I suspect they know it will flow commercially unless there is a technical completion problem outside of the geology. Just how much above the required target is to be proven and hence the absolute focus on completing it with all the best tech possible.

TP3. We have had 2 elections and 3 x meaningful votes but only one referendum. Democracy is a messy business and fluid.
In the 3 years we have taken to get to the point where we are about to exhaust extension 1 and have submitted a request application for extension 2 voters may have changed their mind and would feel just as disenfranchised as anyone should they not be allowed a final say on what type of brexit might be delivered.
Did all voters in 2016 appreciate the nuance of the Irish border, the red bus the chasm within either main parties? I don't know, maybe they did but I'm not scared of asking them again in the name of democracy.

If there were people in the margins who wouldn't want a no deal brexit or if anyone on either side has changed their mind for or against a peoples vote on the realities of what anyone voted for is no bad thing IMO.
It would be the only way of keeping all sides happy and yellow vests from left or right disturbing civil society. Everyone wants this chapter of the UK finalised and in as clean a fashion as possible.

Typically the SP will respond to any initial first offer so anybody who wants an early exit can do so but with a little discount without waiting for the full process. You would avoid any more risk but that risk would be very modest.
However, you might be out if a counter bid raised the value of return or fail to be in place if the eventual deal had contingency payments bolted on.
i believe any wait will be much easier at that time if the process is known to have started.

Listening back it is a little annoying whomever asked the excellent valuation question at the BB event and had JP on the contingency answer and had just started a follow up question on that topic but was cut off by a loud and poorly worded question from someone else on a different theme.
Did anyone 1-2-1 with JP on valuation/contingency later that day? On the evidence that 10 may go some way to delineating 12+ prospects each with 300BCF/500BCF potential and some up to 1TCF it would have been great to get an expanded answer from JP given he was asked in such an open forum.

Extrapolating that x3 uplift from te7. Does that increase recovery factor from the GOIP or uplift reserves? Or both or neither?
