He cannot buy prior to a takeover there are rules that he must abide by when it comes to the purchase of shares. He cannot buy when he has inside info that can affect the price of the SP. He's probably buying to protect the firm and his investment from a lowball takeover

Agree just need to have patience now. cant say i have had this with the company glad i sold at 8 and was able to get back far lower. first set of results should have us at a minimum above 12p im hoping to see 15p on R1/R2. then only a week to Mengo.
