I think you are being sensible but the share is 0.13-0.14 and I don't think .11 will ever happen now with a 8% of market cap deal yesterday. The maths dictates 0.125 minimum

I think 80p in 2022 is more realistic and 50p this year , the price will obviously hit 36p soon before the merger

Same as most I saw the share drop and took a punt , since then iv done alot of research and looks like this is a very carefully thought out plan to be front runner's in the spac revolution. As always no one knows the future but I see a argo blockchain style rise. You have to take your positions early as to what spac set up you invest in but for me these guys are first out the trap and in return should be the one to race ahead

I don't think so , the big buys are waiting for price dips then they massive bulks at once. I'm in doubt that move today by the board will pay immediate dividends. This was all done in the right way which is unusual to say the least for boards and says CONFIDENCE

They have announced it very early which is incredible confidence. They could have waited to maintain trading levels but they decided the interest is more than enough.
When companys are upfront and honest like this then you get a good return from the investors.
When a company is a twat they sell there own shares then announce it. No selling here
