Back in October mogp pointed out the advantages of cannabis stock , then spac opportunity arose and the company did a complete change in strategy.
My guess is the deal is in place and when spac is legal they will announce a reverse takeover

Looks that way but do not listen to quick 10% profit sellers. At this level a 20% price increase will only change the sell price slightly say 10% profit due to no fixed price information. Follow the buying and its hefty buys at bottom drops.

No one knows what its value is, this could be way overpriced at .30 but my feeling is there gonna announce the name change and then immediately announce a reverse takeover of a cannabis company.
So the value of the share in future terms is certainly 100p plus but until announced its a giant lottery ticket.

The company is a shell and a completely new set up. They have no value in all honesty until we know what there investing in or reverse takeover of.
Until the rename to spac uk plc the share price is anything.
It could be 500p or 0p until we know . All company history and figures now mean 0 its a entirely new venture

I brought this share knowing its a month off any announcement or updates, I just love the mystery and excitement around here. Plus spac will give it a hell of a boost. Day traders will run out of luck here as the buy and sell price will never actually let you make any real profit on day trades.

Snt are very experienced and know the go green sector better than anyone. The fact there buying stakes in companies who have super boom products is amazing and will see snt benefit from every angle of this go green revolution the world is embarking on.

Such a bright 10 years ahead for this company and in prime position to benefit from global wind farms. Its only my opinion but I think the interest levels will soon be very high. Government currently awarding additional green funding contracts so I expect tekmar will be making a announcement as to how its benefiting them.
Share price will not really move down from here. Very sensible share levels which begs the question how long until this one rides very high.
This is a value buy in level.
