Utilico Insights - Jacqueline Broers assesses why Vietnam could be the darling of Asia for investors. Watch the full video here.
Where did Tesco come from?
No, smiller, I'll tell you what is "bloody tiresome". It's to be branded a "non-investor" if we ever dare to question why whoever is the current CEO is not a million times more worthy of adulation than Jesus Christ.
That's exactly why I agree with 5x5, smiller. It would enhance Max's credibility and respect no end if, just for once, he could admit to being fallible. But no-one, seemingly, is allowed to question anything he says. If they ever do, then they are branded "non-investors".
Give it up Wolfy. I never got an answer to how come the Native Title procedure will speed up now, when Max told us in January that it was already on KNAC's lawyer's desk to be signed off.
HH, you have just reminded me of one of the most bizarre incidents of my lengthy life. When, at a party, I found myself making up a team at charades with a Roman Catholic Monsignor and a winner of the Nobel Peace Prize.
Well then that's a supreme example of Heads we win, Tails you lose. Because if anyone puts their head above the parapet and suggests that even one iota of what Max tells us could possibly, just might, be a teeny-weeny bit off beam, then they are lambasted as as non-invested deramper.
Cj, I am not unhappy with UFO, and I have no intention of selling up. I am merely asking why, if on 24 January Max could definitely inform us that IT IS WITH (my caps) the Native Title Lawyer FOR COMPLETION (again my caps), then why has it not been completed? Or was Max not right on 24 January?
What is quite difficult to square is how Max tells us today
"What do you think caused the delay in Native Title? Answer = Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 which came into effect 1st July 2023. Now fully repealed about 3 weeks ago. So things should speed up".
When on 24 January he told us
"It's with the Native Title Lawyer for completion".
Hopefully someone has now bought that woman a new pen and she can, seven months later, indeed complete it.
Dickie, you and I are in exactly the same boat. And many has been the time that I have agreed with statements of yours over the months. So I am a bit hurt by your aggressive remarks today. Why on earth I should want to be a "troll" and make my astronomical loss even worse I cannot imagine.
Dickie, if you read my post carefully, you will see that I am not expressing an opinion. I am recording the facts that we have each of us experienced over the past months. From when, for example, we were told that surely 0.80 "must be the bottom". All I have said is that many of us are, by now, pessimistic to the point of utter gloom about this, as we see good news after good news incapable of halting the slide.
Many of us on here are 90% or more down on our investment. So I cannot imagine why we are expected to be eternally cheerful.
There's a dreadful feeling of inevitability about this sp. Like a self-fulfilling prophecy. Not long ago we thought it was fantasy to believe that we'd sink from the 0.40s into the 0.30s. Now I am beginning to wonder if 0.05 is actually possible?
Not only is there no sign of today's RNS, but where is there evidence of the "Alien Metals shares were trading 2.1% higher at 0.19 pence" mentioned in the Alliance News report?
Dickiex3, I always said that I would top up if, God forbid, we ever got down to 0.25. Well we did. And, unfortunately, beyond. Anyway, I've topped up now, so let's hope that once in my spectacularly unsuccessful life I've got this one right.

I don't like to get personal on here. But T_B I'm afraid you personify everything that is wrong in today's Church of England. All this enforced chumminess. "Mike" indeed! MICHAEL, if you don't mind. Remember the dignity of your office! And pull your gaiters up!
Small PIs can always have a vote. Just like members of the Communist Party can vote for their candidate in Tunbridge Wells.
Yes, Barrett, "Peace for our time" was another good one.
Having said that, I've punted in a little more this morning. Like you, I have no idea.
Evening, r. There is about the same exuberant demonstration of life force on Mars at the present time as there is at Cononish. And about the same amount of enthusiastic admiration for the preservers of life there as there is for those in charge of the ICU at Scotgold.
12Roses, I see Fortescue make a big play of their commitment to Aboriginal job opportunities on their website. You are closer on the ground. Is this sincere or just window-dressing?

No, I wasn't thinking of small amounts. I was referring to the 2 x £50k worth that Max was delighting in. Unless, of course, £50k worth twice is a "small amount" in the context of PIs. That's was beyond my perspective of PIs.
These aren't recent bones. They might have been here for thousands of years. Any life here cannot be historic, pre-historic far more likely.
