Glad to see some directors putting their money where the mouth is, and the confidence of the IIs. Many PIs probably expected the placing to fail.

this is rising rapidly on the back of a number of small buys, none over £1000, and with a very wide spread. Feels to me as though there is news just round the corner rather than being a pump and dump, as nobody seems to be pumping. With luck I might get out at break-even point next week.

No obvious reasons for the 2 price monitoring extensions this evening. Only a £360 late uncrossing trade. I suspect that there must be something going on in the background and that there will be news very soon.

Hi! I'm lurking here, with a small investment. I was expecting some action when I bought last August, but we have had no further news on the CUCBM contract since 13/8/15. "The Contract requires that the work be completed by no later than 31 December 2015 and is expected to result in the ongoing supply of power by Greka Engineering to the connected wells." "We are pleased to see the development of our relationship with CUCBM. With over 1,500 wells ultimately requiring connections to power grids at the GSS block, this represents an excellent growth opportunity for the Company, which should both expand our engineering footprint and contribute to the Company's profitability this year and beyond."

Calculating from the last annual report I estimate there are about 30 million preference shares. So the total votes in favour were well below 10%.

I didn't count in the Preference Shareholders in the 260m potential votes. How many are there?

Assuming they still hold their 6+% of the shares, could have helped us defeat this easily. Who are the other major shareholders?

Seems a very low turnout - 26,820,662 in favour is only 10.3% of the shares. We got 6.9% against the liquidation. That means that 82.8% did not vote. I smell a very big rat.
