Nookie, agree with you on this, most of the shares yesterday must have come from the placing. Nothing else explains the 100 million buy, nobody had that amount of shares. This week coming should be great as filing of the TR1 could fuel buying and drive the sp higher.

100 million is 3.87% of the outstanding shares. Greater than 3%, so whoever bought them must file. We should know next week.

Prim and Regency haven't finished selling their shares yet, it won't be long now before they are finished and the SP rises. Good chance to buy IMO.

Topped up another million shares yesterday, 500k @0.372 and 500k @ 0.36. As of 8th March they had a combined 130 million shares approximately. Quite a few would have been sold already and there cannot be many left. The cheap shares are about to be gone. Bought shares in this just after the announcement for the placing at 1.25p. Subsequently, the sp dropped to below 1.25p to as low as 0.7p and has been languishing in the lows ever since. I don’t understand this, the placing shares were already sold at 1.25p. What caused the sp to fall so low? Have I missed an RNS? Can anybody explain? Thanks.
