Charlie, you are right about them having no regard for the shareholders. All of these companies are the same, including angs - 3 placings in the space of a few months raising �8 million, last placing not yet cashed out is an LCN, �3 million convertible loan plus �300++ fee on the top. I am an angs shareholder too. The sp was in the high 30s ... no placing, then placings at 13p and 6p. They all appear to be more interested in themselves rather than shareholders. The point for us is to make money by getting in and out at the right times. Alba, with all its projects (I hope they don't buy more licences), has a lot of potential if it concentrates on HH and TBS for now. If HH flows well and provides significant cash flow then the share dilution rate will be reduced substantially. If HH doesn't flow ...

Charle, I never thought we will see 0.2s again ... Having said that, I took this opportunity and bought another 1.05 million at 0.3025 today. The back to back placings were indeed extremely disappointing, but I hope they are going towards a good cause and not another purchase. You are right about ALBA not answering emails, I wrote to them too earlier and no response. This appears to be the norm with the other Weald companies as well, ukog, angs, ... The ukog failures at BB (I have ukog shares too) and the now apparent delay in OGA approval has killed sentiment and there is very little trading volume now. A surge in volume on some good news should clear the last of the placing shares and push the SP upwards. Lets hope for OGA approval soon. Not long to wait, hopefully. GLA.

TRDR322 Amen to that. It would be great if a company, or indeed anybody is piling shares up and we get hit with a TR-1. The 100 million share purchase does not appear to have gone to anybody that has to file, somebody posted earlier that MMs can keep 10% without filing. A very confusing purchase since it was near enough 0.4p when the placing was at 0.3p. It stunned most of us as the SP held at around 0.4. I for one was convinced that the low 0.3s were history until the subsequent placing again at 0.3 hit us. That was disappointing but for a good reason I hope - OGA? IMO, most of the placing shares have been sold. Looking at the volumes there are possibly another 100-150 million left. It will soon be gone and hopefully we will be on our way up past 0.4 this time. If HH EWT starts it will accelerate the rise, hopefully soon. I checked the major shareholders on the ALBA website and is out of date. It lists two, but if the new shares are taken in to account, one of them drops out. I hope they update it soon, I don�t know how often they have to do that per AIM rules. Anybody knows? Let�s hope for some news soon. GLTA.

Gareth, If OGA approval process started 23rd March after all the other approvals have been granted definitely explains the delay being down to SCC as you say. I don`t know the process but it makes sense. I will research this. Personally, I don�t think the approval has been granted yet otherwise it would have been RNSed - price sensitive information has to be announced as per AIM rules - or have I go it this wrong?

Gareth3672, have you got any idea what is holding OGA approval up? I asked this question earlier and PBOO attacked me as a deramper. It is a valid question. Obviously SS anticipated this to be easily obtained, otherwise he would not have said that the HH EWT will start in Jan/Feb 18. Way out of order calling me and other people like me a troll and deramper. Reference your post yesterday at 14:54. Normal people when they read a post they don�t like, they exercise one of three choices, either filter the poster, ignore or reply. When they choose to reply they understand the difference between sensible level headed shareholders and trolls and derampers or bashers. Not you, you come out straight with the insults. Second time you insulted me, first time was when I queried OGA approval. Expressing a genuine concern about a share that is owned is not trolling or deramping. Go on point to one of my posts that is deramping or trolling and explain why you think so. I, like most of the other people you accused, were expressing a concern at the appalling flow of information coming out of UKOG. I was stating the fact that the planned HH EWT start date came to pass and testing has not started yet and there is nothing out of UKOG to explain this. You should be concerned too. Oh hang on � by your own admission you are not a shareholder � you bought and sold and bought and sold many times, your post yesterday at 15:18. You haven�t stated whether you are now holding any shares. Maybe you bought some and are now waiting for a picture of something promising on tweeter to cause the SP to spike so you can sell?

Ninetails, The lack of transparency, the lack of information coming out of UKOG is very frustrating. Information should be coming out of UKOG not only when things are going well but also when there are issues. After all this is oil exploration, problems are expected.

Ocelot, The 19th December RNS is clear. It states ... late winter 2017/18 ... There is a link to this RNS in my post below. Late winter 2017/2018 I read it as January/February 2018. It is now middle of May. We are owed an update to tell us why HH ewt didn�t start as forecasted. Why is behind schedule. And to tell us whether or not we will now be in production in early 2019, Afghanistan as previously forecasted in the same 19th Dec 2017 RNS.

Ocelot, I agree with all you say, yes if the Weald basin is proven commercial then the upside potential is quite significant. For this we will have to wait to find out. What I don�t understand is why genuine holders choose to ignore UKOG disregard for shareholders by not informing us and being transparent as far as allowed. Given the fact that UKOG stated in an RNS that HH ewt was to commence over two months ago, are we not owed an update?

Ocelot, I agree with you in that case. I wasn�t referring to that particular poster, that was clear deramping. If I believed for a moment that the SP will drop below 1.4, never mind sub 1p, I will sell at a loss. But I don�t believe that the SP will fall further, even with the conversions. IMO we bottomed and is upwards from here, how far upwards I don�t know, what I know is that UKOG ows us an update on HH flowtesting delays. There is no excuse for this silence.
