Thanks to those who have answered my questions over the last couple of days. I still hold ALBA and ANGS but bailed out of UKOG with substantial loss. Good luck to all. I am done with this stock.

I am sending an email to UKOG asking for clarification. This is gone too far now.

Wh0sthedaddy, good find ... very clearly states that the requisite funding for the test from all participants is in place. They have the funds to do the test. So why hasn�t the test started yet?

Penguins, thanks again for the clarification, sensible. So the issue that is holding OGA approval up is very likely funding for the committed work. Shouldn�t we have an update on this? This is an issue that has a material effect on the SP. Are they not obliged to inform us? What are your thoughts on this? Thanks.

Wh0sthedaddy, Very likely OGA is holding approval back for an unspecified reason. What ukog needs to do is give us an update on OGA approval and HH EWT status. HH EWT is severely delayed, originally promised to start last. Jan/Feb ... over 6 months ago! Last updated in March said that everything is in place for HH EWT except OGA approval. That was 3 months ago, a whole Quarter ... long time in the life of an AIM stock.

I do not believe that ukog has the OGA approval and not announcing it. Firstly, OGA approval is conditional on all participants having the funds. Secondly, approval affects the SP and has to be announced.

Maybe I am mixing things up - ukog becoming an operating company & HH EWT. Maybe the two are not connected and the timing of the CPR announcement, i.e. whilst everybody is awaiting for the HH EWT, caused this Confusion.

Penguins, Matteth & Ibug, thanks for replying to my post. I am not an oilman and unlike some of you I do not have much inside in to the ins and outs of the oil exploration. I bought ukog shares based on what SS was saying and the apparent potential of this play. However, I do know that things happen for a reason. Now, we have the issue of the CPR. This was issued, according to the RNS, to enable ukog to be readmitted to the aim as an operating company. My problem with this is, why do this now, before HH EWT. Does ukog have to be an operating company in order to do this test? If not why now? To raise money, you don�t necessarily need a CPR. Lots of companies have nothing and the simply issue shares.

Dsfat, I fully agree with you, my views too. IMO there is one think that ALBA can do to help the SP and this is to very clearly state a plan in an RNS and clearly state that they are aiming for a TBS JORG in 2018.As you said Bluejay is showing us the way. I hope GF can see that.

Boyzee, Thanks for clarifying that for me really appreciated. Apologies again if I came on a bit direct with my questions yesterday. Is just that I am quite a bit down on my Weald stock holding and I put that down to UKOGs competence or lack of it. Every RNS that came out since last year caused the SP to collapse.Seems that they are doing everything they can to damage the SP, yes I know it is not deliberate but this is the effect. Why issue an incomplete CPR with a pathetic resource estimate was puzzling me. You saw the market reaction after the RNS ... UKOG SP down and on relatively heavy volume, SOLO down, ALBA settled below the share issue price, even ANGS went down. I was purely trying to understand the motive that made UKOG issue a CPR at this stage, before the big one, the Ks, can be added. Thanks again for the clarification, you are a good bloke, take care.

PiJoe, I agree with you on the fact that it was a professional document completed to proper standards within the scope dictated by UKOG. However, the CPR report was incomplete with respect to resource coverage, the big one the Ks were excluded. You can argue about HH success but as yet it is not proven, that is why we have the EWT. The resource coverage is partial, hence incomplete. The CPR report was pathetic (you can replace this word with another word if you wish, this is the one that comes to my mind) because after talk of 100 billion barrels ... reserves of National Significance ... it comes up with Total Recoverable Resource of 21 million barrels of oil attributable to UKOG. Yes, that is right ... 21 million barrels of oil ... this is equivalent to 2 days production for Saudi Arabia. Yes, Saudi Arabia can pump the Total Recoverable UKOG Resources in just 2 days! That is the reason I personally am very annoyed with the issue of this report at this stage. Puzzled by the motive of it. What is happening with the OGA approval and when is the HH EWT, I as a shareholder is what�s I want to know.

Albinio, I emailed them before and got no response. This delay is worrying me now, the test is way overdue and yesterdays UKOK CPR RNS is puzzling. Maybe if a lot of us keep emailing them they will respond to at least one of us. I will try again tomorrow.

Boyzee, I was not having a go at you, if I came across that way I apologise. Was merely trying to understand what you were saying, you do tend to write in a language of your own :). As far as I know (and yes is not much) readmission takes time. Lionsgold is undergoing that just right now, currently suspended. You came across as savvy, knowing your staff and was just trying to clarify what you posted because you touched an area of interest to me. Is engaging with a conversation with you an attack on you? Would you please clarify how exactly I attacked you?

Legalese, if OGA approval was given IMO it has to be announced - price sensitive information.
