Dropzone, if you haven't bought in yet you will be regretting it soon. I know you lost money on alba, but things have changed and GF is doing an excellent job now. I was loosing money on ukog and sold at huge loss in anger when it fell down to 1p. Then, when I cooled off, I bought back in (at a higher SP) with more than double my original holding. Now I am smiling as I am making money on ukog and a lot more money on alba ... Time to bite the bullet and take a dive. Alba SP is re-rating up.

Dropzone, a while back when you said you sold Alba and left honourably, I thought you deserved some respect. Now ...

As you said, you have no shares in Alba and you have no intention to buy. The SP was down at 0.2s ... you didn't buy, now the SP is at 0.4s ... and you still have no shares, had you bought in the 0.2s you would be sitting on a nice profit now.

May I ask why you constantly post negatively on Alba if you have no interest in it?

Krull, I see what you mean. I wish these lawyers would speak plain English, but it does however conclude with the words extinguishing those loans in full.

Krull, I read that as the loan will be written off on Completion.

My initial reaction was ... oh no ... during the conference call we were asking for mothballing projects for now, but here he goes acquiring more!

Now, thinking about it, they have been working on this gold mine for a a few months. They must have seen something very positive for them to go for this now. Otherwise they would have waited, unless ... IMO, they must have identified something good down there.

Looks like our ex-chairman did get a loan using his shares as a collateral. Share price dropped due to Bergen selling ... triggered America2030 selling, in my opinion.

25wbh, I am wondering too. The TR-1 has not been completed properly, it should state zero % left in one field and zero shares left in another. Leaving the fields blank does not necessarily mean zero. Could be less than 3% and they simply didn't state how much. Again Spreadex not playing by the rules.
