Who is JDA Consulting and where is the TR-1 to show that they acquired the Shares?

Yesterday, on the Angs website only listed Knowe Properties, JTP, and Vonk. Who is JDA Consulting and how did they now acqire the shares. Where is the America2030 TR-1 to show no interest?

3rd July TR-1, which according to yesterdays PDMR shareholding RNS is still valid, indicated America2030 as the holders of 8.67% of the stock. Now JDA Consulting is holding 9.49% (at least is gone slightly up).

Angs does need to inform the market as to what is really going on here.

Degustation, agree. I am in both ukog and alba but alba is by far my biggest holding. The alba upside is far greater than ukog. Patience now, and when the flow news start coming in ...

You are absolute right ... as you say, they are planning on selling the Weald ... that is why they hired TWO (2) Oil Consultants and appointed a Technical Director - Oil & Gas.

Then patience is virtue. So far it looks very strong price consolidation. First good news RNS and this will fly to over 3p in a flash.
