The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Ocelot, the Warrants totals I used come from the Interims announced 30 June - so warrants issued prior to that should be included in the totals, else there would be a reference to them in the Interims, but I haven’t seen any - did I miss it?
Yes, they are a pain but there are not many left and the cheap below 2p share sale should be over.
As of 31 March 2022 there were 227,053,839 warrants outstanding (no more issued, haven’t identified any more)
Since then we had the following exercises:
05/09/2022 - 38,185,275 shares
13/09/2022 - 27, 275,596
16/09/2022 - 65,236,750
28/09/2022 - 43,812,903
This makes a total exercised so far - 174,510,315 shares
This leaves us with 52,543,315 warrants
Judging by the speed that those exercised warrants got dissipated it will not take much to distribute the remaining 52.5 mil warrants.
After that the SP will be free for lift off without head winds. Good luck all.

I like the chart pattern. Points to higher SPs.
Ordered filled, SP getting ready for a move back up now :)
Wyn, I don’t want to drag this on and on. All I can say, in all my time here, I witnessed you addressing every single positive post with a negative one, no matter what day of the week is. Never witnessed you addressing a negative post with a positive one.
As the SP was dropping and was about to rebound, I witnessed you doing two or three quick trades in and out.
Nothing wrong with the trades, but done on the back of a falling SP, considering your “contrarian” position induces suspicion.
You are not a shareholder here and yet you are the most regular poster. I own shares that I never post on. Never posted on a share that I don’t own. I leave the BB as soon as I sell.
I am not expecting anybody else to do what I do. Good luck to you, I will not address this any further.
Geeman, I know, is not the same now. You did a good job though when it was possible to do so. Now fingers crossed for an investor or buyer. The good thing is we don’t have to wait too long to find out, next week we are in October.
The key issue now is drilling the sidetrack and installing the second compressor. I think this is what the market is waiting for before it drives the SP up.
Another 5 MMSCFD should propel the SP up a few bags from here. Even another 2 or 3 MMSCFD will make huge difference.
Geeman mate I know you from here for too long to accuse you of negativity. On the contrary, you provided some of the most useful information on this board. I have at times posted negatively here out of pure frustration, but you never did.
Since you still got some shares, can we expect you to continue posting your useful data? :)
Geeman, yes, is possible that I don’t understand people’s posts, yes it can happen. But you held ion your share from high up, you didn’t sell at 4p.. 3p … 2p … 1p… and then you sell effectively all your shares at or near all time low SP.
You must have sold out of fear. Then you expressed regret at selling them. I just answered your question on what the negativity might be. The way I see it. Fear must have been the last factor that contributed to the sell. I done it myself a few times :)
Wyn,
“It makes no difference to ...... or its SP if you are positive or negative about their prospects. Do you actually understand that?” - fully agree.
Read what I said below - the point is not making the SP drop - the point is inducing fear in other posters on this board. You relentlessly counteracted every single positive post with a negative. Fair enough, but has consequences.
In my opinion, the MMs (at least one) see Eve going bust and are shorting. Look at the volumes traded the previous two days (~30% of shares in issue, more if you consider free float) how can that be? Such a volume traded near all time low?
Stxx, true, anything can happen (a) bust or (b) buyer/investor. Personally, I believe the latter but each to their own beliefs ofcourse.
Wyn, for example has always counteracted every positive post with a negative. Add this to dropping SP? Didn’t sell at 3p … didn’t sell at 2p … didn’t sell at 1p … sold at 0.3p. Doubt and fear combined.
Baits, I fully agree, I remember the “Star Wars” days :). I remember the RNS.
It will be a pity if Balcombe is not tested further, costed shareholders an awful lot of money those days with lots of dilution.
Saltfleetby, if all goes to plan, by year end the 2nd compressor will be in, sidetrack will be in and if successful as expected, Angus will be converted to an automated money printing machine, freeing the BOD to concentrate on other assets. Finger crossed.
