Hi. I've never said that I thought it shouldn't go up. As mentioned in my last post...."all factors say it should " that's why I bought. Obviously, like some, yes, only some, are regretting rebuying at the moment but again, with ore prices and China's appetite these miners should be in increasing demand but..... when?

Morning, nothing new here. Been in here over 10 years and as mentioned last week heard it several times....next year, next year! Listen, I bought high 7's this week and still got 'em so nobody wants this to exceed 8's more than me but you can't just **** people off for talking reality occasionally. I'm hoping for a recovery in sp and all factors say it should but until shoveling begins or someone makes an offer I'm not holding my breath. Once again, fingers crossed GLA

Yep, falling pound will be good for sp. If the Sunday Brexit deadline passes without a deal then the pound will plummet. However, whether that is good or bad is anyone's guess

Just back from shopping and it's still the same routine... good cop, bad etc. I would think we've all seen "wolf of wall street " ? BTW, I'm only blaming myself self here. All I ca see is the game of " good cop..bad cop " . MM' s on champagne lunch again. I bought and sold very quick and made decent money but, yep, bought back lower but too early so more fool me. Hi Aberdeen..hopefully for us here, you're right about the treeshake yesterday...Not good for the 'shaken' tho. I know about treeshake cos I got sha***ted years ago when a company dropped 70pc only to have risen by 30pc on the day at the close. That drop was caused by lies on the bb. Maybe I'm just a bit nervous nowadays cos it's nearly 9 years since my last investment here. GLA

Hi All. Well, well, well.. I, like many, am a LTH here. It's about 10 years since my last posting here,OMG. I was in when it was in the 80's and made a few bob. Sold up but bought several times on the way down and held. Obviously seen all the hype over the years, gonna "start next year ", ah well, maybe next year then....over and over again. S**t*. Up until about 2pm today I still couldn't believe cos I've seen it all before but..... s*d it, finally bought and my average sp has plummeted. Please let all the positive news be accurate and true..... at last. ATB to all, some like myself have waited long enough

Surely the effect of the sp plummeting last week and now, today, rocketing on speculation that the Deb rescue will flounder will give our boss confirmation of the correct path to follow..... well, according to the market "experts " anyway

As mentioned earlier... yes,it's Brexit but, deal or no deal , financial giants aren't waiting for the outcome cos they are already moving to the EU centres of finance as seen in the news item

Until about 10 months ago we hadn't heard of it. AZN sp was climbing at approx 20% annually. This company has many avenues to fill. I realise COVID is all the rage atm and rightly so but I don't think COVID is the reason for the continued fall. Maybe it's the current currency curve. Re' the falling sp, it's still about the same sp as a few weeks ago. Not worried yet but would like a rise better obviously. GLA

Moving..?? You ain't kidding ,OMG! This has been pretty stable for last couple of months which is ok but today certainly isn't . I can't see why we need Debenhams myself either.... they traded huge losses annually, they have huge stores which nobody wants. The only upside, maybe, is that their stores can become huge warehouse facilities for the online shopping revolution....? Hey, I love it afterall. Fingers crossed here.
