Stevie, The EU 'problem' you mention is known about.Please see my post 21stJan at 20.34hrs. The £8Bln headline does grab the attention I agree, however , LSE knew it was going to happen and have taken steps to lessen the effect. What worries me more (as there's a lot of rules and regulation to agree to by both parties) is that now the EU are throwing their toys out of the pram over the vaccine and could make agreement very difficult ....tit for tat, etc like kids do !! The vaccine fiasco could easily escalate if the mardy EU don't get their way. Wot d'yer reckon?

Stevie...ok, your opinion is welcomed as already said by others but you haven't shown the evidence of the £30 forecast by "my source is news agencies,,reuters ect". I'm sure it will be of interest to us all who are invested here. One thing I will say, for every negative story there is an equally positive story. That human nature applies to most things in life. Ooh, ouch ! Research? Ok, here goes. I've had a look and we're about 6p now, if it goes above 7 it might go to 9or10 but if it does it might go up further. If it doesn't it might go down. Tend to agree. Sp stalled since interest shown in Topshop. I know that 'they' say there will be a flurry of M&A this year but I'd be waiting to see the aftermath of COVID before jumping in. Mind you, it's difficult cos this opportunity, if it is, won't last long. If conditions suddenly improve then the price will rise. As you know, JD can't go long without buying someone out. ATB

...but, it's just when you read that the London exchange is "losing " £8 billion worth of eu currency traded stocks a day since Brexit it makes me pay attention. I'm expecting tho that LSEG may be picking a lot of them up with their new platforms in Paris, Amsterdam, etc ...? I know these highly motivated ( read salary,bonuses) people will be pulling many strings behind the scenes so they all come out winners in this casino, both here and abroad !
