The RNS from 01 Oct stated that the accounting issues have been mainly resolved (this is not the only company operaing in hyperinflation country) sort it out lol The reason they haven't published their results is because of the funding issues..furthermore the financial statements have to be published on "going/non-going concern basis". Since there is uncertainty about the liquidity of the company we are in "god's hands" now. Shall we flip a coin? :)

I wouldnt expect him to reply and if he did, there is nothing new he can add to the current situation. I think if we dont hear anything by 25/12 then the company will be delisted from AIM - after that getting any news will be even harder. I cant help myself but going back and read their previous RNS's (how pathetic eveything seems). "The Board would like to take this opportunity to apologise to the Company's shareholders for this delay and to assure them that the Board and the Company's advisers are doing everything that they can to expedite this process" - how sweet lol With the holidays coming I think we have all made a contribution to Roy's Xmas present.. Anyway, good luck all!! lesson learnt for me :(

do you really trust the management of this company? how do you explain the following: the company raised $8m in March to pay off Investec's $5m obligation and the rest to be used as working capital. Now it appears that for some reason this was not fully settled and they still have an outstanding obligation to Investec of $2.2m. The company doesn't have any cash so what happened with the rest of the funds raised? I think we are up for not so pleasant surprise when the next RNS is out. Any thoughts are welcome!

Yes totally agree with you.. Lack of information is the worse thing they can do to their shareholders. The reality is their shares have been traded for less than three months in the last year.. My issue is that this company is generating revenue and has operations in progress, or have they all stopped working while we waiting for the accounts to be "fixed"??

the least thing they can do is reply to the emails we send them, it goes to show you how much they value their shareholders (soon maybe not to be).....

Just received a reply from St Brides Media & Finance stating exactly the same as the last press release that the Company is continuing to work with its auditor, KPMG Audit Plc, to seek a resolution to the technical issues and to finalise the results..........I guess more waiting...

I have emailed them to find out any information regarding the suspension. Will post if they reply !?!?

has anyone been in touch with them in the last week or so? it has been more than 4 weeks and news for relisting should come this week I hope!
