I still think this is not a lost cause, MM's have brought down the price for no reason. I hope we get shares in the parent co instead, the group has over 1m oz of gold, sales of over $5m in the last q and rising.. shame if we don't get to be part of this. Only when things were starting to get exciting for us we are being cut off :(

I get your point, but do you think this reflects the true and potential value of the company? MM's have played this share forever not just today. The company is currently valued at £7m which is equavalent of around 9,000 oz of gold not taking account of cost, etc...recent report confirmed assets of 500,000 - 1m oz of gold

I received a reply from their advisors which doesn't say much more that we already know, but mentioned that the independent director is keen to protect the interests of minority shareholders. Let's hope that is really going to happen and we get something in return. I wouldnt mind shares in the parent co if that is an option.. The company is in a great position to deliver in future..Listed or not..

Thanks for the view, I am not really clear what the obligations are from their side and what is the minimum offer they have to give to existing shareholders? Bottom line is as someone else said it, this is a done deal and we are now in hope that we won't get shifted as much. Also of there is no share buy back, we will be given paper share certificate and the trading of the shares will need to be explained. I won't sell at this price now for sure even if I am going to lose all, which I think won't happen here. They should have taken all the shares right from the begining. Anyway good luck to all, we shall soon get more info!

If they go for share buy back, do you think they will offer a price before the shares are cancelled? Now we are being shifted the MM's who clearly want you to sell at half price. The company is just saving on additional cost, its not that it has lost half of its assets? Any comments welcome!

yes the truth hurts, the only issue I have with this is the shares will no longer be traded on any market. the company has not lost its assets..but again I wish they had put their exact intentions with the news this morning..and exactly what is left for the shareholders

I wouldn't worry for those who bought this morningon the spike, its the risk you take.. I am sure with time they will see great returns on their investments. There is more to come with production news, etc.. Good luck to all!

Well Sammy I have been here since 2008 and lived trough a number of suspension of trading. I almost lost faith last year but they got back, the company has assets and a parent to provide finance - the future is more clear now :))

Just the other day we talked how this share needs a serious ramping, I guess it didn't.. I hope the rise is sustainable and we see some news following the spike, maybe upgrade on the resources?

my average is 0.4, I don't think I can trade online today. I think deals can only be done over the phone with Barclays.
