Saba knows what’s going on. Facts is CA is still buying and Saba just helping keep the share price low for as long as possible. If Saba said they are happy Hur would be 20p tomorrow. It’s a win win situation.

OPEC knows they can’t help bankrupt oil companies and all the nonsense with people saying it’s the end of oil didn’t help! Oil companies now need a higher price to invest in the future of oil. If you live in the U.K. and have been queuing up for petrol you will get a small understanding of how important oil is. Not only as a fuel but a raw material in almost everything you use.

Anything under 190 is a buy if you want to top up on any drops that’s ok. I have set a sale for 237 thats 25 percent could be a couple of weeks doesn’t matter if it’s 6 months, you can’t don’t that return anywhere.
