I’ve bought and sold a few times in the last few week making a small profit but I added a large holding to my portfolio at 289 today, the dividends are making me feel I should hold long term with this investment.

I’m happy to wait for £10 as I will be collecting the dividends on the way. If you reinvest your dividend a lower share price is actually better in the long run.
