Lloyd will presumably build 1, 2, 3 and some 4 bed units and the average rent per unit per month will be around £1.4K per month across the whole. They are obviously including captain gains to get £2.5k per month which I think is quite modest as they are building which will have a large capital gain on there Initial layout right off from the start. Lloyds could have the option to sell before renting a single unit to a housing association for a 30 percent profit.
