I sold half my shares at 62 and half at 64.2 I’ve made substantial profit. Will only buy back under 60p gla

I sold my holdings and bought back cheaper. I seriously think between 1.50 and 1.80 and plenty of opportunities today trade to make more.

CA is planning on a take over and is already in talks with at least two other major oil companies to pass the company over to. Buy and hold.

To be honest bp share price doesn’t really matter that much to me. I do feel that the company is worth much more at least one 3rd more right now. I don’t day trade BP shares due to the great dividends and I reinvest them every quarter, so in fact the drop yesterday actually helps long term share holders in the long run. I still don’t think it will be that long till BP shares will be exchanged for £5 plus its just a matter of time.

Well Matt seeing that Saba is increasing there holding in CA and CA is increasing there holdings in Hur I would say the knock of affects would be a higher share price for hurricane energy.

Yes that is correct in business we are all speculators wether building houses, renting house or just investing in the stock market.

Lloyd will presumably build 1, 2, 3 and some 4 bed units and the average rent per unit per month will be around £1.4K per month across the whole. They are obviously including captain gains to get £2.5k per month which I think is quite modest as they are building which will have a large capital gain on there Initial layout right off from the start. Lloyds could have the option to sell before renting a single unit to a housing association for a 30 percent profit.

I don’t think that matters as the company worth is including its assets and with inflation/value of money going down things are only going on way.

If Lloyds build then rents with capital gains 30k per unit is very realistic. How much do you think builder make per property when they build and sell?

Yes i agree cookoo. I’m in construction and work very hard if you want to touch my hands. I own and rent property. Who does Lloyd lend money to? People to buy house and landlord. They are just cutting out the middle man. If you keep paper work up to date and your property at a certain standard. There are many insurance companies for a small fee are happy to cover you for rent / eviction / damages. So Lloyds taking this as a serious opportunity will pay much more then the 2 or 3 percent for lending the money. I’m very sorry if I was horrible to you but they would make better landlords the average joe who is scared to pay for a repair.
