What we have?

- Yesterday, Ivanhoe got $70m as bonus from Chinese after $500m raised via Qataris

- Earlier Sept, their presentation say expanded Phase 2 project facility under consideration

- Recent, Our VP said our geology same as their expansion

- Same Minerals & Metals

This is very telling after finding the details on the new $70m from the Chinese and then their news from this month too of Project Facility on Phase 2 expansion under consideration. Shaft 5km from us. $70m needs to find a home - towards buy us?

Lots of big buys reported at these crazy low levels over the last fortnight.

On the verge of game changing Mining Right news.....this one won't be sub 3m MCAP for much longer IMO.

Once MR granted, that feels like a more realistic price/mcap given the size of the asset and its safe jurisdiction....with a huge discount for being a discovery stage asset.

How many shares have our potential suitor already snapped up in the placements/institutional investment/open market at these lowly prices to soften the blow of having to pay much higher for the rest?

At a £1 buyout that values us at a £81m MCAP......for an asset we've just discussed as having an asset on Nickel alone worth billions of $!

£1 buyout should be an absolute minimum for this asset at this stage....

A great summary.

This goes to show how valuable this asset is - and the potential for even bigger profit margins with increasing Nickel prices and an increase in resource size and grade.

Mind blowing to think that this is only the Nickel........don't forget the PGE's and Gold we also have plenty of.

It's coming - we'll all be very well rewarded for our patience i'm sure!

Nickel prices could break key $15,500 level soon. If we developed mine 5 years ago, only 50% profit on every tonne extracted. At the moment, 100%. If as expected, the prices rise to $18,000-$20,000 then can be 125-150% and more later if hit $25,000.

IMO massive boom for us soon. Timing for funds ahead of Ivanhoe's expansion.

A few months ago via StockBox podcast we were told how local Operators were taking a note of the work we had been undertaking. How there was a lot of interest in our project! Now Ivanhoe after more funds for expansion.

Also, the timing of Ivanhoe to go looking for more funds on expansion when our Mining Right is imminent for next door to them!
