It is on the verge of insolvency - Are you serious. Company is debt free and market cap is less than the cash in the bank and you are talking insolvency.
This is most hilarious post I have seen.
Going concern statement is common statement any company uses in their financial statements as we do not know what will happen in the future and the classic example is CoVID19.
Please read the RNS properly not just few things taking out to prove your point.

Since 29th April he posted about 200 messages wishing TLW share price to go down to 20P so he can buy again and make £20. I have nothing against day traders and if you can make money why not. But this guy has gone to the lowest level any human can go to make money. I do not have any problem with people who are open to discuss and presenting facts & Figures and information. This guy has only Brent price and 2-3 weeks old web articles to back his arguments and we have seen Brent has very little impact in TLW price. All he has is "IMO" but nothing to back up his opinion.

Share price went down to 50's because of the CEO resignation and production cut and not because oil was $60. It was around 140p prior to this drop. So technically our share price was around 140p when the POO was around $60.
Now we have new CEO and lets say POO is $35 so we should have around 70p as our share price under the normal market condition. But we are in the middle of big problem world never seen before. If we take current market condition in to the consideration , TLW should be at priced at 35-45p at least .

As you mentioned only oil stock you are holding at the moment is Exxon. I'm trying to understand why you wake up early and post your opinion where you have no interest at all (long or short).
Then again after seen some of your previous posts it's clear that you are here for little bit of banter.
I'm sure you understand that people who invested their hard earned money can get upset when someone trying to banter their investment.

I have just spoken HSBC and they said that they will not be able to provide the service to buy AML share. According to Hsbc they will not be able to get the guaranteed price for their clients and this is the reason for this.
Very very disappointed

I'm not able to buy through HSBC invest direct. It says "selected security in not available for investment via this service". I bought and sold couple of weeks ago through the same service.
Anyone else got any issues like this?.

One man is saying he has an intention to go to court against TLW. Then he mentioned he might not go to courts if TLW show the documents to him.
This guy is as big joker as someone in this board (you know who that guy is here :).

I think we all needs to read the full document before make any comments. There is no any lawsuit here, what we have is a man who thinks TLW, Ugandan government and tax authorities made a fraud by by agreeing to settle the tax bill. What he has is a intention to file a lawsuit
"Tullow has been served with an intention to sue notice by a Ugandan citizen"
However, latter part of the document says
"Wabyona says he is ready to rethink his decision to go to court if Tullow discloses the initial proposal from either party to settle Civil Appeal Number 19 of 2014"
People need to understand the different between intention to court and actual lawsuit against a company.
