If there's a possibility of some revenue why not test the waste dump. Doesn't sound like they are using too much time on it and additional revenue would be useful at this stage.

Well phase 2 just started - let's just see what they find.

I'm sure that this exercise is just to see if there is a possible earlier revenue stream for the company. People talking like it's the only thing happening along with some panning. The company will be continuing with their exploration which we know may take a while longer to yield any results.

It just needs patience - I think this is a longer term hold.

The footage doesn't show how the material was extracted though. It is just being picked up from a pile on the ground and put into bags.

RNS says only if the sampling comes back with good enough results will they start to move large amounts of tonnage.

Read the RNS - they are just sampling at the first stage.

Can't see any reason for delay - they need to just get on and do it.

This is disappointing today but don't lose sight of the fact that they will concentrate on the areas where there is a new potential strike. Added to this there may be news about Greenland later in the year.

There's certainly a lot going on here. It would be good to get some news on some of the other assets as well as financing.

Bob, I agree - looking favourable here. Tiny mcap so if they can get moving with this, then a considerable rerate could be on the cards.

I'm expecting this will do very well once the Greenland news starts coming in.

It's because they are selling the Railsbank shares.

I know that some shareholders of LION have been privately buying shares from each other. Perhaps that's an option.

Let's hope it comes to pass but I'm not filled with optimism.

Yes people seem to forget what investing is about - people just think they put money in and expect a return immediately. Placings are part and parcel of investing and hopefully any money raised will improve the share price longer term.

It will be up tomorrow again as drop too extreme.
