Ah so they think the NDA is their silver bullet? Try explaining to Supreme Court you chose bankruptcy over $100m cash injection, not having it personally.

How are they going to explain they turned down $100m and how has this information come to light? Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t it illegal to withhold this info from shareholders and actually in turn should have been put to shareholders via RNS?

You could buy here in April for 0.05 so who’s to say the sellers now aren’t just the inpatient who bought then on the thinking that funding news would be announced by now? Turns out that didn’t materialise and so they’ve got bored and chased elsewhere..

AB has come across as very confident recently so you either trust him to deliver or you don’t.

Can we stick to the facts? The volume is very low, anyone scaremongering for me is just looking for a cheaper entry. Yes the sp has dropped off but it can easily shoot back up on the next lot of news, especially with a bit more volume.

AB has stated several times that funding will be done at asset level, so sit back and wait.
