Just thinking out loud, is there any way a HNW member of the CAG get a seat on the board to represent us PIs? I’ve never experienced a listed companies board treating its PIs in such disdain, just feels like we’re not represented at all.

Can’t see a JV myself, why would a mid tier or major JV with such a distressed seller? Takeover more likely imo.

The company still has revenues over $2m a month even though they’re trying to run it into the ground. Imagine what a competent board and decent lender could do with these assets.
