Anyone have any thoughts on "Long Stop Date" in the placing RNS - I have an idea of what it is, a final date. That date was only just recently passed ( in terms of trading days open ).

Do you think this has been part of the drag recently ( outside of anything else that creates concern )?

Of course if you did not read the whole RNS - It is very long and contains a lot of caveats.... you would only read the top headline which ONLY says...

"Admission and Settlement

Application will be made for the admission to trading on AIM of 100,000,000 new Ordinary Shares ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur on 10 July 2018."

However if you read it all...... the 2m Placing RNS says this down in the detail :-

Application for Admission to Trading on AIM

Application will be made to the LSE for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will take place at 8.00 am on 10 July 2018 (or such later date as may be agreed between the Company and WH Ireland, provided that such date is no later than 30 July 2018 (the "Long Stop Date").

I looked at this for mcap in July 2017 (August shows July)

In August 2017 the report showing July data shows :

Hi Welsh. You know I am just a numbers man and do things by the numbers and always have.

I was replying in response to Pboo mentioning that "Are we now moving to the Kimmeridge????" and what that would imply based on what I pulled from the RNS.

I cannot guess on the status as that would be foolish as I am not there and have no inside info - I mearly see the numbers on my system.

What I do know is that something at around 1:30PM today triggered my system today where UKOG has not appeared on my system for the last two days.

We have had no big delayed notifications recently either

Read the HorseHill Section

" The Directors believe that if the current Horse Hill testing programme is successful then it could deliver stable oil production in 2019, subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory consents and capital financing."

and then Section 5.

" It is expected that, should the minimum commercial volume threshold be met or exceeded, a declaration of commerciality for each horizon could be made in a timely manner after the completion of each testing sequence."

"The Directors are targeting an assessment of Portland commerciality in Q3 2018 subject to a successful outcome of tests."

"Subject to a successful testing outcome in the Kimmeridge and Portland, the HH-2 appraisal well is planned to immediately follow the EWT in late 2018 / early 2019."

They are all still here under new names...

From watching numbers it would seem that activity such as you suggest brotherant would sometimes be done via delayed notification.

For instance.. Here are all the delayed trades since Dec 2017

UKOG is 200,000 EMS. Execution Date --> Publication date can swing widly as well if you look:

brotherant : That is also true about tanker spotting.

This might not mean a lot to everyone and it is confusing to look at but a computer looks at it ( data wise ) and as soon as the grey bands get thicker and sustained I get alerted as "activity" on all shares.

This plot is only related to UKOG and contains NO delayed trades ( as there is a seperate thing for those ).

The thicker the grey bands the more the share is "doing something"....

You can see just after 1pm today the frenzy started - then the RNS came at 1:59pm

Wolverine: I can assure of this. The minute a tanker with the right plates goes in and comes out under load you will know about it quite quickly.

The private groups keeping any info to themselves on FB/TW etc will NOT keep it secret, so pointless really... it will be known by all pretty instant so dont worry about missing out ;)
