mayford - you mention lorry arrived this morning - I dont know if this is "a thing or not as I dont follow everything" but do you think the lorry is to replace the one with defects? Does it actually have bad defects or is this story a non event ( site is biased )?

Maybe that site is biased. Had a look at weald oilers and see no pics from the 22rd showing this is indeed the case.

I know some of you collate the FLYB data and today one of my friends from Flybe called me to tell me she had received a letter from LINK Asset Service regarding their Share Incentive Plan ( employee thing ).

They were angry that the letter was dated 27th Feb but only arrived today!

It is advising a GM on 22nd March 2019 and that registered holders of shares have a right to vote no later than Monday 18th March.

BUT

in bold at the bottom

"In the event that the acquisition of FLybe PLC by Connect Airways limited is approved in the meeting of 4 March, then any votes received will be disregarded as you will no longer be entitiled to vote."

Vote against Eric Kohn as a director for/agains/withold from voting
Remove Simon Laffin as a director for/agains/withold from voting

So nicely delayed there sending those letters..... to staff..

Remember this line in more than one RNS : "....in anticipation of completion on or before 22 February 2019" for the SPA.

Dont get sucked in to rampers with statements such as "mms holding back, accumulation phase, buy / sell algos on / off.... shorters and swing traders" they are probably underwater from their buy in too early.

Anyone who ends their "essay" with IMO can be safely ignored as well. Cannot mix fact and fiction and cover it off with IMO....

I just compiled a list of RNS going back to about Sept 2018.

The list only shows the date, company and subject so you can go and read them from the place you get them from. I know some of you were looking for details in RNS so thought it may help someone out a little.

It is basically a search of ALL RNS that contains %flyb% in it so some interesting ones there.....

I do know on occasions they get deleted but it is too late by then as the data is "in the bag" so to speak...
