Yes,...Listing Rule 7.1A, gives an extra 10%, added to existing 15%, as I read it ;-

"5. Interaction between listing rules 7.1 and 7.1A
Under listing rule 7.1, every listed entity has the ability to issue 15% of
its issued capital without security holder approval in a 12 month period.
Only eligible entities that have obtained security holder approval by
special resolution at an AGM have the ability to issue an additional 10%
of issued capital in a 12 month period under listing rule 7.1A."

Hi Tacuma,....having participated in last placing s/p@6p (24 May 2017),....I doubt, my enthusiasm, will be so great this time,...will keep, my existing, greatly reduced, EOG Core shareholding, for now.
Both RNS, have caught my interest again,....mainly Ireland.

My stockbroker got a better price than I expected Strongman,...was expecting to pay s/p@6.762,....was surprised that I got them sub s/p@6.7p.

Not finished buying, my Core shareholding here yet,....got 88%, of targeted Core shareholding, now bought, after today's purchase.

Shares in issue of 162.06m shares plus 12.3m approx conversion shares = post conversion, Total shares in issue, works out at 174.36m shares (Source link of 12.3m share figure used https://nofile.io/f/R1Ge2thGRTu/AAOG+-+Copy.pdf ).

That's still not many shares in issue,....those COS figures, do look very good.

We appear to follow a similar view, on investing TIPTOP,....always buy in tranches myself, when entering a share,....here for instance, I am at 70% AAOG shares held, of my targeted, six figure share Core shareholding.

I have also been taking advantage of them, TIPTOP,...first in low s/p@9p level,....then in low s/p@8p level (last Friday),...followed by a further purchase today s/p@6.95p,.....as you say, it does allow us to bring our Gross s/p levels down,....I started with a very small shareholding here, it is now a reasonable size,...looking forward to Full drill results.
