RE: This is a good RNS. Its costs nothing25 May 2026 13:06
Stepping back, I think it helps to separate TEK into three layers: what’s real, what’s uncertain, and how markets typically respond.
Tekcapital is fundamentally a portfolio / IP commercialisation model, where value is tied to future monetisation events rather than day-to-day operations.
Guident is currently the key near-term catalyst, but until a liquidity event completes it remains a process-dependent valuation rather than a priced asset.
Everything else (including newer initiatives like Vesari) sits further out on the timeline in early-stage or development territory.
Markets in these structures tend to behave in phases:
*heavy discount during uncertainty
*repricing on validation events (if they land)
*then a slower reassessment based on post-event reality
So the real question isn’t sentiment or noise, it’s whether TEK can demonstrate repeated external validation of its portfolio model over time.
Until then, the market is essentially pricing uncertainty, not just assets.
