Yes some stocks have gone up by a couple of percent ... so what ??? DNO could come back here and offer £2/share! If the deal is cancelled I will simply buy more st around £1.25-1.30 (the price we were trading at before) and get ready for our dividends commencing next year!

Gizzy Yes I watched the video when it came out last week! I based my information on RNSd info ! The video or what it contains is non legally binding ... he says he wants to build a company of 50-70,000 bopd among other things ! If that doesn’t happen , can we challenge him?! The only thing you can take to the bank is an RNS. My information isn’t from Q2 !!! It is from Q3! He doesn’t have to be lying lol Was that 8 mill scufs produced for a month , a week ? A day ? Is it a spike ? I prefer my production averaged over a period of time to confirm sustainability and longevity. Anyway it’s beside the point let’s assume as of 1st December 2018 we have reached 8 million (roughly 1200 bbls) my point still stands ! WE NEED MORE !!!!

I think you are missing the point ! WE NEED TO INCREASE PRODUCTION IN OUR CROWN JEWEL ASSET (MOROCCO) EITHER BY ACQUISITION OR INCRESED DRILLING ACTIVITY!!! I hope that’s clarified it ! It’s not about how many wells I drilled where but about putting our Moroccan production into context! 645 is a drop in the ocean

Absolutely Gizzy 45 BCF in the ground in reserves is very realistic and reasonable and yes in a 4-5 year veiw I’d be looking at those sort of returns. My point is we need to up the volumes in the shorter term! An acquisition would in Morocco wouldn’t go amiss !

The latest information we have is that Gross production in Morocco was approximately 5.2 milion SCUFS/ days or (867 boe/d) of gas. This amounted to 3.9 million SCUFS/ day or (645 boe/d) net to SDX. @ absolutely phenomenal margins and no tax!!!! But ..... 645 bbls equivalent needs to be upped sharpish!!! Having personally experienced 1 well that produced 17,000 bbls recently..... it puts our country production into context .... A colleague of mines was telling me about well testing operations that he was planning in Saudi Arabia and they couldn’t source equipment in Middle East big enough to test the well at full capacity! In the end, they did a mini test but when the well came on stream it produced over 40 KBOPD!!! I’m not trying to **** on anyone’s chips ! What SDX have achieved in Morocco in 2 years is very very good but let’s not over egg it... 645 bbls is 645 bbls ....

I think you mean “million cubic feet” rather than billion ? Because a “45 billion cubic feet / day” would require a Multi trillion SCUFS reserves/ reservoirs and even then they would last a few years But I get your point Morocco is a good asset we just need to up the volumes !

Yes you are correct tax is above 50 WTI! I have in my mind Brent which is usually around 55-60 when WTI is 50... The tax is ridiculous! It’s one of the worst regimes I’ve ever heard of ! I was expecting it to be addressed in the last budget because there were lots of people campaigning against it. The oil is shallow, accessible and cheap to produce in Trinidad. I’m in TXP for the same reason ! I’ll derisk there in 2019 and leave a core holding for the long term... if you listen to their management , they’re more appraisal rather than explo so could be interesting

DNO haven’t come across very well in this sorry mess! They don’t appear to be the sitting around the table type! I don’t think they will come back with a better offer ! I don’t think the TO will go through! I hope they as I believe 2-2.25 will do it but ..... I would actually prefer for the offer not to go through! With 20KBOPD to look forward up from next month, reduced capex and some dividends to look forward to, this is one of the best oil plays in AIM. They can take their 152 and stick it where the sun doesn’t shine! I’m keeping all my shares !
