But yes, if they don't spud soon they will be breaking another promise, worth considering how long it has taken to mobilise, clear the site and prepare for drilling in the past given the terrain. I think at least 6 weeks from mobilisation which gives them until the end of this week to mobilise.

Since last update, it normally takes 4 weeks to test one well, update soon I think. Also spud of well 8 and buy back, could be worth a short term punt at this price.

Commitment to the full programme would be positive news for the SP, but will take a decade at the speed this lot work at! I think this PSC geology is just too complex.

Maybe LEN might be worth a short term punt, it's pretty much rock bottom, confidence is low, share buy back yet to start, failure of testing programme valued in although not concluded and spud of well 7 all before Xmas. Could be a double bagger. The problem is it would be similar to returning to a prostitute that robbed you the last time you got in her pants. Risk vs reward may not balance well enough

But how long can they accept reduced exports given the fact their whole economy is based on oil, they don't really tax anyone and have limited alternative incomes.

Even if you cost in the current programme and further losses this is still offering great value for money. Pity I have lost all confidence in this company. £1.1 mil on wages last year!!!
