Wouldn't advice anyone to vote either way. But investors currently lost most of their money. If Bells and JS plan is successful, they want us to lose our vote, pi's will have minority holdings, after dilution and John Smiths purchase of £250k - at today's share price. Will leave pi's with no say in the future, lets face facts most of our money has gone. Why did the bod buy so many companies and put us in this financial mess, beggars belief....!!!

delist threat had been retracted the sp would have held up, there would be no need to sell so many shares to raise money and create further massive dilution, pi's smashed with big financial loss.

In the mean time the bod remain on full pay while we sit on hands....

limbolimbo, they will investigate, but will NOT inform investors until its complete, that will take considerable time, don't write them off, to the best of my knowledge the company is under investigation, I believe numerous investors have complained, plus the VAT/TAX are looking into any possible fraud as reported in the press, when PB was arrested. No more investors can do, waiting game, buy shares vote yes/no, if we are brave enough....?

The regulator will be investigating the company and the possible reason for 2014 RNS's being removed from the website, unless its the vat/tax investigation, imo little can be done, at this point.

CanaryWharf, sure the aim regulator will be looking at the company from2014 when problems begun with Bells NON RETRACTED delist threat, causing market panic and share price collapse, followed by funding uncertainty which rendered the share price to junk status. 2014 RNS statements have been removed from ultrasis site.

IMO the company aren't involved, hope that the invested money is clean? I heard JS had resigned but its unconfirmed, unsure how accurate the info is? investors often last to find out, done and dusted before we find out. Regardless think we are stuffed sitting on junk share price.

Mate they are suspended, no trading until further notice, not sure if we can get through this, company holding financials no one knows if its viable, bet JS is glad he kept his £250k safe, on the assumption he did? Best to cancel your offer of shares, IMHO, wait and see the outcome, although during suspension perhaps any broker booked buys will fail?
