Income is based in the UK ultrasis being the company ouners, although UPMC/U2 is a 50/50 partnership, so ultrasis receive half of u2's income, less expenses. Yes I agree news has been suppressed for months, I'm expecting more, company problem Bell has first charge on the company making it difficult to find a lender, unless he waives it, or agrees because its the only chance of recovering his money, if they go bust Bell looses mils. My softening because Bells planning failed, we know what and why. As a private investor in a Public Limited Company must have a vote, any long shot funding will have to include our rights as investors, if not I will maintain my stance to keep my rights. Consider if the deal went through the company changed from PLC to Sole Trader Rights, we would have been finished anyway, Bell would have recovered initial investment be in pole position to sell for £1 a few days after the deal was complete IMHO.

All will be revealed next week imo, certainly a long shot with Bell holding first charge on the company. One important factor, is the company returning to profit within 8 months, as Smith projected.

Bell has advisers to help put deals together, the company is tied to him via loans. Any lender will put themselves in first line of financial recovery, how can that happen tied to Bell?

You really have no idea, wait for the next RNS, perhaps then you will realise the impossible task, retracted if I'm wrong....... The bod have to be seen trying to find alternative funding, I will be shocked if that happens, the company owes Bell Mils, who will lend on those terms, unless there is a way he can recover his money, if not forget it imo. Any lender will want pole position to recover their loan, just as Bell wanted with ultrasis, be their main banker with total vote rights, the company would become ouned by sole trader, money back first, as per a Bank.... This is how business works, main lender has company over barrel when lending money, default they recover the loan first, investors are treated as trash....
