I think the RBL / JV will come sooner than that.

The last “game “changer” and DD being done last year and now secured operating capital I believe if there is any truth in either then they should be concluded sooner than later. If anything that financing was likely the last step.

As Art said that will help us conclude negotiations.

Always felt the assets never reflected in value and same now. Mcap seems v low and did at 16p

Yet we are nearly 4p.

So we need something to happen that actually help us for once get some value.

I hope so adder, many do. But be great if something positive and sp charging happened.

We dropped a huge amount on the going concern RNS and then dropped even more when we prove we are not.

It’s all bo11ocks and it needs change.

I’ll believe it when it happens. We’ve had so many hopes here and none have so far given us anything except less money ( unless trading of course )

So many positives yet somehow none of them have happened.

It’s amazing we are valued less than before any discovery, or Cuda..

Anyone who looks at this can talk about potential. But it’s time for actual. It’s time for Art to make this into something rather than destroy it and shareholders.

Sp, since Atomic it’s pretty much all been under delivering, and decimation of value. There’s been nothing whatsoever to be happy about as everything has resulted in a stitch up. Everyone hates copl and the way it’s been run. Always another carrot or an excuse.

As usual it’s time to actually return some value back into this company and its investors.

To date this has been nothing but a failure. A quick look at the sp / mcap over the last 2 years will confirm this easily.

Will we ever have our moment here or have we been taken for a ride.

I suspect many in before Atomic would now settle just to get their money back. The days of hoping for anything more are long gone. 15-16p which was rock bottom bo11ocks now looks great. So who ever has been in control will be getting all the shares they wanted. They’ve won making everyone loathe the company ( that’s if they pull anything they’ve said to us off )

Another week.. same old same old.

Wonder if having a low mcap might somehow be a tax incentive at this time. Or him loosing 80% or more on his last purchase makes it easier to reduce tax payments or, I dunno.. it’s all so weird and cloudy.

Just wish half of what he said was true and we one day get some reward for investing here rather than being punished year on year.

Well after the last 3 times at least absolutely would not be surprised to another placing along side the bond holders. He will say “we are happy to announce we’ve raised another 5m for drilling rigs while further strengthening my cash balance and prolonging my salary into 2024”

It’s certainly unusual to see how this has been and once again locked in range and carefully controlled for so long. It’s trading unnaturally for just “investors” that’s an absolute certain! Hoping it’s because of some strategy relieving the public of their shares considering the amount held with them, but seems a bit far fetched…either way It does continue to look like manipulation beyond the scope of retail investors to understand who, what and why.

Yet If the discovery is as big as claimed / alluded, then that alone might be the reason for this surgical decimation and probable build up of shares with an institutional syndicate of sorts.

Either that or we’ve been seriously misled regarding the facts.

Well having been here this price action looks the save as the last 3 placings being forward sold. Is he raising extra cash. The guy seems to love to kill his own share price at every opportunity.

Or is it something else this time. Given up trying to guess this mess.

Just get us back to 20p Art.

Well at this price if JV is secured and creates a serious change in the company then this should get suspended to adjust. at 5p the disconnect is unreal.

If anything this fkn company has said is true.

People say it’s not but this really is an AIM share.

I mean… wtf.

What I would like to know is this.

We dropped from lows of 16-18p.. for Pinot having funds.
So let’s say we need a 200% rise to get something like it, just to get back to there again.
We get funds so the drop should be countered. But no.

Someone explain that to me. Not sentiment, not whimsical thoughts but actual reasoning?

I can’t work it out. A drop based on something that has not happened. Yet the mcap remains more than 50% less.

That’s big numbers. So what’s the actual mathematical reason.

Jiddy a large amount ( inc art supposedly.. ) will be 60-80% down. I can only think back to HUR for a glimmer of hope for recovery 1-8p pretty quick.

If COPL can really tighten things up and optimise, clarify and genuinely move forward by being good at business rather than just stealing from investors then we should be ok.

Why would our investor and new investor support us if this wasn’t the case.

This share is tarnished with so much shorting, trolling and bad coms the market sees both Art and the Company a complete shambles, but he could yet prove them wrong and if he does we will get our rerate.

I’m sick to my stomach of how this has gone. But one can only hope.

Personally, we used to talk about £10 - £15 a share. Or £1.20 minimum.. seems a far cry. But those figures based on the potentials that remain.

Personally I would be very happy to get back into the low mid twenties again. But it’s all down to making real profit from what we have without being diluted to nothing on the way.

Wwal - it all depends on RBL / JV terms.

For arguments sake, and based on Arts low ball value recently if it was 50p then, taking into account some dilution then let’s say 35-40p, something like that. And all before increased production & partner.
