Thought it was close last Christmas.. I mean, we’ve not been told it’s not happening… though every time it’s been mentioned they elude to nearing completion.. so in that respect one would think everyday is a day closer to something being announced! I’m sure it will take many off guard when and if it does!

Agree duster, have always been annoyed because of the apparent mismatch here. I’m not sure the precise figures but we should see at least a recovery to pre going concern RNS for starters! especially if the increasing production capital gain mitigates the bond dilution.

It’s unfortunate we had so much selling on the scare of bankruptcy RNS. And the fact it coincided with then annoying secured financing via bonds. Which is good, as it provides security and further means to increase production & be in a better position for any ongoing negotiations.

The problem of course is that bonds can be sold at any time so will hold us at what is not a fair valuation.

- At the time Arthur had hinted that he thought the sp should be 50p minimum and we traded around 16- 20p

- Taking into account bonds let’s say you could now change that, for arguments sake to 40p versus 12 - 16p.

That 50p valuation was of the time; meaning current assets and also low production accounted for, as was no JV or the discovery reserves.

Obviously this is very vague and estimated but either way trading now at 5-6p is clearly much lower than we really should be. So it’s understandable that we have people building large holdings as the basic maths says this is currently silly lows.

It appears the bonds are currently transferring to those accumulating and as such we once again find ourselves locked in range. But it can’t last.

Should Arthur release JV news and or much higher production figures then we should rerate accordingly.

Unless I’m seriously mistaken we are massively undervalued, more than ever. And those buying large amounts know it!

WTI dancing around the 70-80 bucks range & production bottle necks, new drilling and pressure issues being solved.

HUR once sorted shot from 0.7 - 8p. Others have done the same and more.

If Arthur can tune this in, there is a good chance we could enjoy the same sort of rerates and gains.

Frustrated but still holding on to hope.

Recent reply’s have been strictly from Cathy Tommo, Art is forwarding to her it seems.

Received a more positive & thoughtful response from the company, and hoping we may get something from Art in the following weeks.

All in all, it seems they feel, the previous large drop due to the going concern RNS was an unfortunate overreaction.. but still if it was my company the first thing I would have done would have been to address the shareholders saying so! Not just ignore it.

The problem now is the bond holders can convert at any time, so I interpret this as we have low sentiment due to multiple negative factors, so anytime we get some volume they convert and suppress the sp. Simple as that.

So we will need very significant positive news regarding either much higher production or JV.

Until then, it seems any volume we get they will just sell. So we are stuck here..

Obviously we are super frustrated, but if anyone sends emails please try and keep them professional & polite.

We want them to communicate with us better and not wit contempt.

All in all the bonds are going to be a problem for us recovering losses unless we get some serious changes for the better.

I mean we had banks lined up and multiple interested JV partners kicking down the door, supposedly one has been doing due diligence since before Christmas last year, and supposedly it’s still ongoing, supposedly, yet no indication of who, or indeed for what.

But things do seem very quiet on the interview and coms front with Arthur not talking to anyone it seems..

So Are we on the cusp of finally a real change in fortunes, and this time for the better.

Or more carrots and smoke and mirrors…

If we can finally finally get production to decent levels then the new bond shares can be sold as we hopefully recover, without a JV.

Improving production is absolutely critical. And to be fair it does seem we are finally getting close to getting to the figures Art promised 2 years ago..

I don’t blame anyone for being negative at this point. Sadly. I’ve always been very supportive, albeit, rocking between excited and disappointed.

It’s Just such a shame after all this time we now languish at an so which almost everyone would have thought impossible.

I still cannot work out why we are valued far below our asset value. We have had zero recovery since the going concern email. Have the bonds and dilution really reduced our mcap so significantly!??

I mean, anyone who’s been invested pre Atomic, just look at the performance to date and importantly the mcap / sp.

That’s years of prolonged hoping and years of prolonged coping.. was unhappy at 16p, 5p is just.. depressing. Considering what we supposedly have and might do.

Give us something to be happy about!! For once. And something that makes us go up in value rather than down.. for once… everyday it’s red red red.

Another deeply underwhelming day here. Made worse by the fact Art is just getting Cathy to rudely respond to polite but genuine concerns.

It’s getting harder and harder to believe in COPL by the day.

60p- 30p - 20p - 16p.. - 5p, and no sign of recovery after going concern RNS… , just more dilution and low production, many months over due on RBL, and not a whisper of a JV actually being likely.

Absolutely appalling if you ask me. This utter contempt for genuine investors is quite frankly shocking.

We just seem to be nose diving into oblivion.

I’ll go with the fact, based on every piece of news we’ve had, that if we get a JV news we will loose another 20-50% of our mcap. Based on Arts ability to add value historically.

COPL “We expect to come out of this stronger than we entered” I suppose they referred to the bond holders becoming richer rather than the companies long suffering investors…

Disagree on the no news soon part of your post. If anything it suggests that news is very close.

Payment in shares could have been agreed long ago for current and ongoing services. It suggests that the legal work has been completed.

Just hope it wasn’t for the recent bonds. As 2.2mil is excessive and it’s never cost anything like that to arrange before.

I think, pilot; it was more of a case that we’ve taken on a lot of new business assets, and paying to upgrade them, whilst battling lower production issues at the same time developing and improving the site. Obviously requires a lot of capital and with winter production things where tight.

We would have needed, do need; a legal team for our side as well as a JVP would need one their side.

That’s an extra expense. COPL would be spending all available funds on improvements, ( and a few overpaid employees )

It makes total sense to pay in shares if they agreed to it.
