I don’t think it’s insider trading, like had been said, the JV has been announced multiple times. Of course, the system always finds the way best way to benefit, and no better team to bend the rules and find the grey areas than a legal team.

It could be that once approached by JV partner that COPL engaged the legal firm, now complete, the fees have been paid, it could be that they got paid with shares because they knew a deal had already been agreed with COPL and said partner, thus knowing the outcome and happy to be paid in shares less than the value predicted on completion of legal works. Meaning that, if so., we could get news of a JV next week.

I don’t see insider information in that rather than saying we can pay you in shares now rather than cash, for working with us, on this. The previous lenders would be privy to all negotiations as part of the business and no difference with the legal side either in reality.

From past experience and dealing with legal fees, which have amounted to hundreds of thousands. Some lawyers are £500+ an hour for instance.

Then the amount here is, as an estimate, is reflective of the time it would require to indeed process either a Joint Venture or takeover terms.

It’s certainly not a definite but at face value, on reflection, COPL could have legally agreed to pay a legal firm in shares, agreed in advance, of working on such matters.

It’s certainly plausible that COPL had agreed to pay for legal work with shares when the negotiations began.

The mix and range of news lately has been bipolar to say the least!! the sp once again locked in range, and once again is a bit easier to understand thanks to todays news, and it’s not a placing. It’s a share grab.

They couldn’t be buying on the knowledge a JV etc was in the bag surely.

Oddly though, if there is an NDA in place on RBL / JV and being a legal firm.. then they wouldn’t be buying knowing it was going to happen would they

The fact is art has convinced and lured investors to buy from 60p to 16p here.. people forget we need a couple of hundred percent just to get back to previous lows…

This is all on their management. And it’s an incredibly poor performance, and a very very poor performance at that. All the whole costing their own loyal investors huge sums of money and stress. It’s really really bad.

We go in the opposite direction than we hope yearly, and no matter what Art drives us into the ground. So I for one, once again, hope the next piece of news will be genuinely, positively transformational, many deserve something back for the years of continued support here.

Anyway… sits on hands.. continues to hope this isn’t just one big con.

It is depressing, it’s bloody rubbish, look at where we are after everything we’ve “achieved” Arts lost most his investors 50-90% that’s the reality.

Exhausting always hoping the next thing will be the driving force to recover here. Things really need to start happening, he’s just coming across as yet another AIM crook. Yes this is main market,. Sure doesn’t feel it yet.

Problem is mate, for the last 4 years every piece of news we’ve been hoping will change our futures has in fact reduced said fortunes considerably.. seen it time and time again. Everyone can see the next potential but to date Art has made every single move forward result in large amounts of mcap being decimated…

And then when we get destroyed because we get told we can’t afford to operate we half in value again then we say we can.. we don’t recover., at all.

It’s just pathetic.

The way it’s locked in this range it’s just like every other time we’ve had a placing being forward sold, but now we also have bond holders to contend with as well. I the only big thing we get here is a daily kick in the teeth.

The fact we haven’t had some rose tinted manipulative interview from art can only hope it is indeed because of ongoing negotiations with a partner.

Just wonder how hard he’s working to screw us even more. It’s hard to believe he will be working to help us after all he’s done so far.

For me it’s a case I’ll believe it we see it. We all thought atomic, cuda and the new discovery would make a difference, and the RS report…. But all that was when we traded around 25p. Now we are 6p.. he’s savaged his investors.

If we get the JV who would actually be surprised if this went to 2p.. I wouldn’t. Not anymore.

Extremely bizarre running of this company to date, it’s starting to feel much more like a lifestyle company than anything else. Have we all been seriously misled? It seems the only ones calling it right are the ones bashing this on Twitter! So far anyway.

It’s time for some serious change.

It wouldn’t matter if oil was 1000, this would still find a way to be 5p!! 16p was bad enough, 13p was a disaster…

Nothing but a total failure so far. Only beneficiary’s are the bond holders and wonga lenders. Investors are treated like absolute scum. To date it’s been really toxic and manipulative behaviour from Art. He’s lied through his teeth to us about everything, or certainly done the upmost to damage shareholders in every way possible. I would honestly warn any investor to seriously consider buying here until things turn around. Our resident rampers have ALWAYS been wrong on sp. We get misinformation on chat rooms and also from the directors and company itself.. it’s impossible.

Why are you screwing us over Art?? That’s what I want to know.

I’m am not surprised we haven’t retraced back to pre “going concern” levels. 3+ years of the same old rubbish.

Loves going down, hates going up. And when it can go up, Art gives away shares so others can profit over his suffering shareholders.. it’s like he wants us all to suffer.

Russia and China meet recently to discuss the war, now China assembles huge fleet around Taiwan to further provoke the chance of war.

Can only push the need for protected resources. It’s all a bit topsy turvy. Best wishes to all this Easter.

Agree duster, new comers don’t get it. This stopped a ton on going concern and had yet to recover back to those levels, being a 200% rise or so just to claw back losses based on no real substance.

Societies and times come and go. It’s all ridiculous unbalanced & unattainable who ever is “in control”

what’s fascinating to me is the easts efforts to reduce our youth to unthinking broken zombies with media and crush healthcare alongside . The long game is being played. Children of the west are growing up to be a very weak people.

But the oil price is on the up, and by manipulating the major markets no less.. not by reasoning, but by control of resources for influence.

Games games games everywhere.

We got severed from being a going concern and now we are not. We are due a fair recovery from that. Irrespective from anything.

If 50p was the base line then it should be 30-40 now in reality?

That’s before positive RBL / JV.
