Please correct me if I’m wrong. What I like about this share, as a mining stock, is how different it is than other explorers who’s only have permits or discoveries / potential discoveries with no defined path to monetisation..

- The company is aiming to commence production during 2024, having secured funding through a partnership with the Hainan Group. This project includes a twelve-year initial mining permit, renewable in ten-year blocks, and significant progress has been made on site development and the engineering of the processing plant.

- Regarding cash flow, Kodal Minerals reported a cash balance of GBP 11.24 million as of December 2023, which is a significant increase from GBP 1.71 million at the end of September 2023. This strong financial position is expected to support both the development of the Bougouni project and further exploration activities.

- through the big challenge Kodal faces include the execution risks associated with transitioning from exploration to production, including completing construction on time and within budget, and successfully starting up operations. Additionally, fluctuations in lithium prices and geopolitical risks in Mali could impact project economics and timelines. However that is the nature of the game at this stage and with such a good team we can hope this to be well navigated.

Very happy with today’s update was an amazing step in the right direction, deserves to get more attention, looking solid.

Cathal Friel, the co-founder and chairman, sold 25,937,909 shares, and Brendan Buckley, a non-executive director, sold 4,017,269 shares. These transactions totaled approximately 29 million shares, representing around 4.4% of the company's issued shares.

The company stated that these sales were made to meet the high demand from institutional investors and were managed by Cavendish Capital Markets and Peel Hunt. Despite these sales, both directors retain a portion of their holdings, and they have agreed not to sell any further shares for a period of 12 months without prior written consent from the managing brokers.

About flat currently with just shy of 2 million shares.. powder dry for a dip but not sure i want to risk any more currently..

-Net income of -£29.4 million and negative net margins of -25.50%

-Analyst price target for IQE at 55, an upside of around 96.8% from its current price​

Added 3k for a little extra in the game

Tanz I was invested here years back, mentioned before here 0.8 buys all the way up past 3.5. Things didn’t work out great last time. But feel the facts always speak for themselves. This was a storming buy at 0.80 and it showed. Having been investing and reading these forums for nearly 20 years. I can tell you one thing.

Those that spend all day heckling or posting are simply ignored. I post occasionally to get balanced views or insights that consider both pros and cons. I don’t listen to rampers and I don’t listen to trolls.

Only those who are sensible enough to be able to understand and talk about the risks and rewards fairy and equally are worth talking with.. value balanced input and the only reason I continue to post & reading this site. But my tolerance for manipulative types is zero. And I won’t post much, just enjoy following progress and wish all holders the very best.

Well considering the company has recently seen its stock price double from the start of the year, reflecting positive developments, such as securing the 25-year development license for the Ntorya gas discovery and acquiring funding for its operations; Then optimistic views seem fair!. But Despite these advancements, a high debt-to-equity ratio of approx 1.37 doesn’t help us short term. Mcap must be around 65m and Tanzania seems to be relatively stable currently.

So 5p might be a little optimistic currently but 3-4p doesn’t seem a wild target within 12 months considering. This recent drop from 2 - 1.5p seems purely down to market volatility rather than reflective of ongoing operations. Imo. But also shows how fast this share can move short term. Who knows what it might hit on a spike.

Guys sorry I’m late to the party this one as thought the legal action was a bit of a shot in the dark and wasn’t convinced it was overly legitimate..

However I’ve received a follow up email about registering my intent / interest and as a holder though did sell at considerable loss in the end however due to it all going south and had enough of the corruption / lies so not sure if I’m able to?

However I did have a considerable holding since before the atomic suspension and did top up multiple times on the false info released by this company.

After instigating my own personal legal action I found it complicated being the only one though there was clearly solid basis for a court case though it would have cost me quite a bit alone. And decided to let it go.

However, if you guys believe this has potential please let me know, apologies, I’ve not revisited this forum since selling as it’s not my style to remain talking in a share I no longer hold so have missed much chat.

On the surface it would appear this company is loosing millions a year? And primary assets are located in multiple regions in Ecuador. But from what I gather the assets are substantial yet as we’ve, worthless until mined / extracted / sold etc. a JV or buyout is always a potential but nothing of note that I see of expression of interest.

So aside from the usual placing fundraising lifelines. What is worth researching I regards to reducing cash burn or generating value do people think?

Posting and researching so just interested in those more knowledgable, only invested on Thursday..

A message for any lth, I recently dipped my toe in here after finding this share. And pondering increasing my holding based on the broker forecasts of 12-50p upwards. But find it perplexing that with so much potential upside the volume and activity here seems out of proportion to the upside.

This company fits into my portfolio as the type I like to include but just wonder what people think, and any major concerns etc.
