It’s been said over and over but after dilution this could steam to 10p and even £10 eventually. Seems ridiculous but it’s possible ( with current shares in issue )

But with future buyout, new share issues etc etc and who knows what else, feel like of this goes ahead £3-£4 isn’t dream land stuff in the next 24 months.

Think we should just be happy about last news and things are the best they’ve been since we saw the flares all those years ago. More than just potential for crude, huge proven gas fields, pipeline being constructed, rig tender shortlisted, first gas closer and closer but the day, licences and permits granted, recent placing to take us to first gas and beyond. Fully financed. Government backing.

And as for buy outs. There’s been so many opportunities to snap this up. It’s not happening, it would have already.

I would hope we would be 10-20p at the very least before that even came a possibility. Surely at this stage they know this could well be 50p-£1 so why would they sell now after years of effort and hard work.

Hoping we see a significant rerate over the next few weeks / months.

Though I did get the feeling ITM was being careful with Chronos as it’s expected to be quite a revelation, and I also wonder if it’s the reason for possible delays.

To my understanding Chronos ( being in research and develop ment stages, and near completion ) is an incentive for FIDs.

If an order is being made for say 2027 and beyond then I’m certain ( perhaps Justin could clarify ) they would benefit from the upgrade as would existing customers.

Why? Because by implementing Chronos would increase productivity and reduce the cost of the hydrogen, in Hydropulse case this would mean better return on gas sales.

And I assume cheaper costs for the client and cheaper manufacturing costs.

Again I’m certain the company would not of mentioned Chronos in any shape or form if they thought it would negatively effect current negotiations but again, perhaps if you are reading Justin you could clear that question up?

One of my key takeaways from Dennis is that many of ITMs competitors over promise and under deliver. Dennis seems to refuse point blank to do this. To the point it’s almost frustrating. The company would appear to be completely focusing on quality of product and the best way to actually deliver it at the best possible cost to clients whilst simultaneously creating a revenue stream that benefits the company and furthers productivity.. that makes us vulnerable, weak even, and prime for manipulation. However after meeting Dennis you do get the sense that he’s looking beyond the moment and aiming to making the future better not the present moment for quick easy frills.

Unless he’s just another very cunning market master trickster of course.

with respect… going green isn’t about money. it’s about quality of air, quality of life, and what the next generation inherits.. you have to a special sort of ******* who wants to leave polluted seas. destroyed landscapes, extinct wildlife and smoggy air etc etc for the next generation. if that makes things a bit more expensive it’s worth it!

but for devolving countries or those who can’t afford to make giant leaps then it’s fair play. creating energy means they can improve economy, it means they can solve problems now and work on better solutions from a more stable platform in the future. i hope so at least.

To be fair I’ve been waiting for the imminent news now for over a month..

Think the issue with electric vehicles is how disposable they are.. short life span, cars made cheaply, full of plastic as well. And unbelievable huge battery and chemical waste.. not to mention mining and transportation costs for the batteries them selves. I’m not anti green, quite the opposite, and although not here for the automotive side of things, would much prefer a hydrogen car over electric until then keep old cars running!

I hope soon that hydrogen isn’t seen as a “green” option. Just an advancement in technology, the next logical step, a refining of a how we do things, improving efficiency and a source of energy security and reducing reliance on others for fuel. Clean air, minimise waste and pollution etc etc all bonus’s.

I know I was here with NUOG. I’ve seen it all. Hence why if the IPO is less than £5 per share ( considering the consolidation ) you’ll just know this will be another complete scam to avoided and will make sure to make that clear to any new investors.

They have a chance here to come back clean. Anything else and it’s game over.

Will always go down to dilution price or below. Very rare not to.

One would hope there is a genuine reason for a fun raise at this stage. Would assume it’s capital strength for incoming bargaining, negotiations and actioning.

As it was a relatively small raise then it does seem strategic rather than a rinsing.

We will see.

Cornish trader. If you are trading then just trade. If you are investing not gambling, then read the past years RNS, then make your mind up based on that. If you are just rainbow chasing because you want to trade a news spike then that’s all on you.. but there’s a lot of news due and any buys under 80p- 90p could be good value short term.

• Revenue visibility

• Stable Bangladesh policy

• No further heavy dilution

Happy to see optimism here again, just trying to get a grounded perspective on the future if things went well.

That’s not long.. seems quite a positive move for support toward green hydrogen. Would tie in well. Sleepy UK might speed up things.

On the flip side if Reform get elected next they are keen on putting an end to Green focused projects, political debate aside I think they are very shortsighted / dim to not prioritise energy security with their general mindset. North Sea oil and gas exists already. Adding back up / green energy just strengthens the UKs position.. maybe they will see some sense.

The other potential issue we face is increased military spending in UK & Europe which might impact more “wholesome “ spending, though the German military have expressed interest in utilising Hydrogen for efficiency. There may be some positives in that..

Just pondering, but glad to see focus on improving UK clean energy production. Surplus wind, limited grid capacity, seems a big positive for ITM systems.

I think most historic shareholders would require around £5-£6 share to maybe break even after all the messing around.

If they rinse holders then you’ll know that’s all they’re going to do again! they will want to trap shareholders so they don’t sell. I HIGHLY doubt they have any intention of doing anything else.

However if the IPO price is decent then it’ll show confidence. Anything else and it’s a huge red flag to any one considering investing in this. Especially with the track record of scamming here.

So… the plan is they want to pick look for copper bits and pieces on a beach.. 😕

I’ve now got slightly over 1000 shares now… only just discovered there might be some life here again? Does anyone have a clue about what a share could be worth if this ever actually does list, we’ve had a few false starts here..
