This surely is being watched by the FSA, being on the main market, Copl must follow the regulations of the FCA.

If Copl BOD’s are allowed to continue regulatory infringement without any intervention warning from the FCA,

Then the FCA should be abolished, because they’re not fit for purpose. If they are allowed to continue, then it undermines all members of the ftse including the 100, so then why would any private investor purchase shares in stock that’s not well established , especially IPO’s.

Then we will all be investing in the USA where the regulations are stricter and enforced.

For Board of directors to keep this quiet when the share price has tanked , there must be something serious happening behind the scenes.

Put money on the interested JV company just taking over the whole company now... they have all the information required to table a bid instead of messing around investing! The update before the end of the year as stated could be very interesting.

The CEO is just as bad as these vile people, by not issuing a statement to calm the pi’s and drop in share price.

Why another update, could it be they already have a deal for Paraytec , it wouldn’t surprise me, they are very crafty.

Without going into detail, i remember we sold a crap business a couple of years ago, which gave a 40p dividend to each share and I think that business is now dead and buried.
