I dobt think theres any question theres a deal being negotiated but is it a blockbuster or just a partial funding through CT3 or something. Wouldn't be shocked at a low blow tbh.

I would guess we'd be close to 3p if Meadows results are of a good grade. Although this market will never let this hold any gains unfortunately. Too much money to be made fleecing everyone.

Think you're right robbie. RNS announces issue of equity and 2 hours later shares are dumped at 1.75p this market is a shambles.

I believe the reality of VAL is they needed AIM to fund the business for a long time before getting to a "value inflection point" and would never advertise it. Those who invest at the right time will make a packet on the deals but its a long and expensive process to get a drug through to commercialisation which we all know. Whether my -50% is recoverable or not will depend when that deal happens down the line, however I dont think they are lying in public. This BOD wouldn't last a week in prison lol. I believe a deal, however lucrative is being negotiated. If they're looking at trial recruitment and start date for CT3 they must be at a decent stage in negotiations.

Hard to handle - indication is that multiple parties are negotiating VAL401 funding. So we dont know who is "all over this"...everyone keeps screaming theres no deal and its all a scheme because a major company hasn't announced their interest about it or because we've not been told what figures are likely. It shows ignorance to suggest nothing is happening because you or I dont have all the details. More than entitled to ur opinion of the BOD but ur post is misleading and could be considered defamatory and illegal! Anything that keeps us in majority holding of the acreage and minimal dilution will be a good deal, considering the companies worth pennies atm.

Tozerk the BOD have never promised anything, they have given info to allow people to make their own decision on whether VAL is a viable investment or not. I disagree with the discounted placings but thats a different argument. Id also encourage you to look at the BOD share holdings in VAL and valiseek. They do have skin in the game...

Only way this would go to 4p imo would be great lab results for meadows and a major entering discussions. Theres no way it would trade to 4p on normal volumes etc. Not on the next 12 months anyway... all imo.

I think the way forward will be to relinquish quite a bit of the revenue from the 1st 3 producing wells, then our investment going forward will be higher decreasing what we give up in future producing wells. A partner will want an early payback and we will be able to then take on more profit and capex responsibility on the rest of the acreage.
