Says quite clearly there anticipated to complete in Q3 and that is assuming there is no Phase 2 investigation.

£9m loss in first two months of the year, with net debt(as this asset sale is a long way off).

That means the Cash -Debt = -£160m

The company has net debt so those who are ramping the cash balance fail to point out it has twice as much debt on its shoulders

all I can see is a big gap needs filling at 10-12p

why everyone is trying to ramp a falling knife is beyond me.Looks dire

Plus wider market looking shakey,too many here trying to catch a falling knife, best to sell up and buy more back cheaper.Will be a quite a few days of seller dropping out

On closer inspection perhaps you are correct about the company relying on its two larger shareholders for funding.Rather unique position if this is the case but the twitteratti jumping all over this made me suspicious..theyve all gone quiet and moved on to the next pump

NvS sold Casa for peanuts and the Zambia asset is probably $10m+ more drill holes/dilution and a year off any proven resource,come back in a year at sub 2p and save the rot in the PF
