If we had some high calibre management team that had a history of doing great deals perhaps this current lofty 3xNAV valuation would be justified. As it is we have a pretty failed management team that are now having a second go at spinning their fat salaries whilst owning little to no stock. As long as they keep pretending a deal is coming they can keep paying themselves their fat salaries from the Shareholder pot of cash.

We cant value this higher at the moment based on fundamentals. Management need to actually deliver something now and they have a hell of a uplift to match!

Fact is management here have delivered absolutely 0 to date other than Jam tomorrow, we are lofty as we are right now given we are trading 3 x NAV already and if there is more Jam tomorrow on Thursday this is cratering back down to 1p (NAV)

a company with £4.5m cash being valued at £13m is suddenly the cheapest thing since sliced bread.

If this was the case half of AIM companies should be valued multiples higher.... thinking having 25% of the Mcap in the cash is something special is beyond a joke.

There are companies with 25% of their valuation in cash plus theyre producing profits with assets... equally there are many companies valued at just pure cash plus they have assets on top...

There are mining companies with highly advanced DFS , cash in the bank, NPV $400m+ valued at what this company is now valued.

What we have here is some cash backing 25%-30% of the Mcap, a management team with a poor track record and a gold asset which is run of the mill at best.

As per Interims 5.6m Euros middle of last year (30th june) = £5m

£500k cash burn for 6months leaves £4.5m

Any RTO deal in admin and legal fees will absorb £1m so kitty for asset in order of £3-4m.

As with most of these its very likely a placing will be attached to raise further funds.

Taken a few here, hoping for more of a pullback lets see
