The price at the moment is basically where it was end of september before it was shorted to hell and back, and then sat on it from then to now to clear the short by boring Pi's till they sold, it didn't fall on any bad news in fact the news coming in was good, this share has been manipulated since it fell from £12 a share and work for the benefit of the MMs should be illegal this is way undervalued ? we are doing more business than we ever have, and profits will be highlighted this month imho. we are getting close to news and £1.80p will be the price before we get that . but this will take alot longer to get back to £12 a share than the fall it took from there . GLA we are going to need it with these MM's

MMs again taking control over this share lets hope at some point they will let it go

Looks very much like we have been deliberately placed in a corner, and now a takeover is the only way out, come on we are 10 days from the loan placement agreement date is there no telephones at the QIA the agreement would of been signed off by the securities staff weeks ago, and the CEO would of at least been having a coffee with one of the senior staff from QIA the terminology of the RNS is at best clear as mud, but serious? while still leaving the door open to the wayout and saving of face , if this is the case then decisions need to be made and quickly just as I began to feel it was ok to do business in nigeria again, what a plonker I am .

How confident are you woody, this has been a bit of a turnaround as far as finance couldn't believe the great deal they got, so maybe it was a deal for shell who knows . but I do hope so as I drop quite a bit here on friday.

Like a few here I invested here after the RNS Finance deal as reported, and checked its validity and everything was as it should be. Dealing through Seawave Invest Limited in it self may have caused the problem? , and may have been set up incorrectly as to the terms and securities as mentioned in the RNS.

QIA’s policies on procurement as below

At the moment everybody is in the dark as to why,

Qatari Investment Authority (the "QIA") questioning the validity of the loan agreement announced on 2 January 2020 (the "Facility Agreement"). there not questioning the loan procurement in my view.

All the parties involved with this loan Facility Agreement have to much to lose for it to blow up in there face, so until we know what the exact issues are we should keep an open mind to how this will play. Still it should not have happened with proper oversight GLA

To be honest woody an in that one for long term see that at double digits before 24 mths maybe sooner with the right finance package yet to be announced I am a long player as with this one still hold well over 2% of the company here, and waiting to bow out £9 plus and don't need a crystal ball to see that coming in the next 2/3 years easiest money you will ever make. Have 1or two below the radar at the Minute but plenty of deep research to do yet this one will stick a bit tomorrow me thinks as there doesn't seem to be investers around these days who want to wait more than a week for it to double and run , rainbow chasers but sooner or later all they do is join the rest of the gang who lost it all . But that's how they play and it keeps the ball rolling and wish them good look , one thing about Yu. They have a tight ship with no leaks.

Its gone quiet because that RNS has done the job for the MMs and move it up to where it will again rise nearer to the update news due at the end of the month £1.70 in my opinion? and from there will depend how good or bad the news is.
Some got out by the looks of things yesterday hoping for a retrace today , was my view that this would not occur and that looks to be the case so expect them back in today, GLA

Agree with you on that Casper, they will take any amount this morning unlike other days seems MMs on a fishing trip today now aware me thinks of whats coming .

When news does drop Casper the amount due to ORCP for work already done drilling testing and reports etc will be part of the fiance deal already done by the looks of things which will go towards there part in the overall set up finance cost, have you got any idea how much that would be? I have had a look but uncertain how to put a figure on it thanks in advance.
